Awesome video. If you haven't done one already, can you do one on Credit Score and how to raise it/what affects it and so on? My boyfriend and I was severely lacking in this knowledge when we went to buy our first car. We've since learned a lot and now understand how it works, but the learning process caused a lot of heartache. I don't want other people to go through that but I lack the ability to make what would be a decent video. I know you could, though! =D
Studying for my Realtor's license... great basic clarifying video. The insurance contingency you mentioned on an offer I have yet to stumble across, it makes enough sense but on an off topic isn't that Insurance Comp illegally redlining by refusing coverage?
Can you do a video on refinance too and there are two types of refinance loans, cash out and very few know this, cash in refinance?
Would the seller prefer higher price offer with a lot of contingencies or do they prefer lower cash offer with no/minimum contingencies
