    The blind is easy to put up and take down. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxvlQxmcZQzSQSYbJsEgAGvG2DaduKTV99 As a female hunter, the ease of placing and setting up the blind is a plus. It’s more of a wind barrier than a warm quilted blind. Which makes it a lot lighter than our quilted blind. I enjoyed the larger windows/openings. Made for a successful season. It has held up well for the first season and the stitching looks good.

    I bought one of these tanks last year, very nice heavy duty blind so far, nothing bad to say about it. It lasted thru 1 wisconsin winter so far.

    We are looking at buying the Cage blind and the 8 foot platform stand. It looks like a very robust design that will work very well at our farm in Southern lower Michigan. We have many established spots to set up more permanent hunting blinds. I like that the blind and stand look light and portable enough to move if we need to. Very good video.
    Thanks

    Looks like a solid blind Maybe put it up on like at 7-8 elevated plant form at 6foot just to give a little elevation to clear tall grass ect.

      @@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA same most of my stuff the ground would be ideal and brushed in. Awesome looking blinds. Off topic but bating with elk heads for a hunt in 3 weeks seems magnus buzzcuts are fly darts out of my set up 473 grain at 274 fps halon x was considering slick tricks but anything passed 55 they start to drift a tad. But still killing but my 80 yard group with a 125 stinger is just under 4 in circle. I need to get more heads would u switch to the black hornets or run 125 stinger buzzcuts 1-1/8 with bleeders. I have kudu contour plus as well buy magnus seem to be flying the best

      @@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA good deal think I will just pick up some more magnus buzzcuts. I had good luck with iron wills and g5 striker as well I can’t see the cost of more iron will wides. And the g5 are great on deer but I feel the blade system may be a tad week for elk bones. Ever tried the hades by reaper ? Seem sout but I’m taking your advice those magnus are a solid head with great company

    I have bought two of these last year. We have a bow hunting group. I have used the primos double bull deluxe in the past. I have used Atsko water guard extreme in gallons. It’s for UV protection and waterproofing.
    How did this thing hold up since you set it up? Did it suffer any UV degradation (fading from the sun)? I have to wait until I have the right property/location to put these cage blinds on.

    Looks pretty sweet, the only negative is the price imo. 600 bucks is a lot for a hub blind. I've had a Walmart special that cost me 80 bucks for like 8 years. It's finally on it last leg. It's been on a tower platform for 4 years straight now. It's finally got some holes and is definitely sun faded, but the deer don't seem to mind. Most of em have been seeing it since they were fawns, so it may as well be a bush or tree at this point lol

    • @BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA
      @BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I mean I can see exactly why this is 600$ and I have no problem paying it for how it’s built and the design it’s no comparison

    • @OrionARS
      @OrionARS 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      13.5 foot platform tower we built. It's a pretty sweet setup. I took my soon to be 10 year old nephew out this evening and had 3 solid 8 points come into the food plot, but unfortunately the first one caught our wind right before he was perfectly broadside at 22 yards, then the other two came in when it was at last shooting light and he couldn't pick them up in the crossbow scope good enough to where I was comfortable letting him shoot. That fool was all tore up shaking etc and pretty disappointed he couldn't get a shot off, but it was our first sit of the year, so he's got plenty of time.
      I get nervous with archery, so I'm making him wait for an absolute perfect shot lol
      Okay, enough rambling

    yeah.... 700 bucks even fur a hub blind is stupid ridiculous. You can get the buck hut for $500 and its way bigger..

    • @BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA
      @BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA  ปีที่แล้ว

      Last I knew these were $599, they are well worth the price it’s not hard to see with the built in support system allowing it to be up year round while stills being able to be broke down and moved without any equipment that’s hard to beat

    • @Syq0tic
      @Syq0tic ปีที่แล้ว

      @@BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA with shipping fees and taxes its well around 700, and for it not have the room like other products for around the same price or less, its not worth it for a hub style when they are made to be moved throughout the year with the size and picked up after your season ends. Can't justify that much for something you can replace after a few years. It is built great and I wish that was the standard for the hub style products now with their price points.

    • @BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA
      @BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Up north with our winters this is easily justified especially for those who don’t have tractors or any way to move a box blind. It’s not for everyone nothing ever is but this thing is worth every penny I was skeptical til I had two out testing them, if we have enough room for all our filming gear & two hunters they got plenty of room 🤣🤣

  • @timbow50
    @timbow50 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Maybe? IMO, a blind with vertical windows might be easier to shoot from. With adjustable to close up from bottom to suit the height of the shooter. Maybe 10” to 12” wide. With shoot thru very lightweight mesh. And made of better material than nearly every piece of junk on the market. Most of is pure garbage quality poorly sewn.

    • @BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA
      @BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That works! This blind we got in and checked everything it’s be a piece of cake to shoot & film through so we have no worries about the windows
