Pool Party

This client came to us with concerns about fitting a large pool on her lot…
She was also concerned about the elevation changes in her yard and wanted to preserve as much grass as possible.
After reviewing her lot survey, we were limited as to how far over we could place the pool due to utility easements, but we were able to save her a fair amount of yard.
We also invited them to think about what else they might want to do in their space, particularly when it’s not pool season. So the elevated patio was designed as a space to hang out in (almost) all seasons.
