From nothing to everything...!

What a show-stopper! Working with this client early in their home-building phase gave us the opportunity to plan for some impressive outdoor features, both at the front entry/approach as well as the back pond area. To quote them: “When we designed our house, it wasn’t this incredible! That’s exciting. It looks awesome.” It sure does. Can’t wait to see this one come to life!!

A shallow back yard doesn’t mean you can’t have everything you’ve ever wanted… In this case, an entire “outdoor home” in a limited space, utilizing a pavilion to cover a living room complete with a fireplace, TV, sitting area, grill and bar. Plus the patio with fire pit and dining space just below the elevated deck.

These clients first came to us wanting help in placing their retirement swim spa in their backyard... So we asked the question: What else have you always wanted to ability to do in your space? And the result included two outdoor fire features, a covered room, and a grill bar area with dining space.

We helped take a new custom-build home and flesh out the exterior space, complete with a prominent flag pole, unique corn-crib gazebo, and accent lighting to give the front approach welcoming definition.

#projectinprogress 🚧 These soon-to-be retirees wanted a staycation vibe for their backyard, which meant redoing the old wooden deck to create spaces to live and eat outdoors, including a fire pit, water feature, and covered area for wind and sun protection.

This client and her pup on a corner lot was in need of privacy and sanctuary from the traffic, so we helped her design a backyard space that was quiet yet full of life via a living hedge, new trees, and a few spaces to relax and unwind.

This client came to us with concerns about fitting a large pool on her lot… She was also concerned about the elevation changes in her yard and wanted to preserve as much grass as possible.
