One of the best explanations of the 3 conditions and terms which most people use interchangeably! I had 9 cardiac arrests in one day (cardiac / ventricular storm). Just before I collapsed and my heart rate went to 315bpm. My rest heartbeat is 50bpm!! I don’t (didn’t) have heart failure or a heart attack… just lucky I guess because I’m still here..❤❤
Thanks I am 70 and something is going to shut me down. It seems I have happened along a healthy life that has gotten me this far. Little meat good exercise aspirin multi vitamin and alcohol.
How will beta blockers make the heart more effeciant? Doesn't it simply decrease the heart force and rate? Digioxin increases the force(i get how this helps) but decreases the rate(how does that helps?)
