Ahh... Someone after my own heart. Good governance is the golden thread to fixing so many project problems. I agree it is a topic that way too many PMs fail to attend to properly.

Thank you - the sounds were an experiment (3 years ago). I have largely dropped them and always reduced the volume since then!

Excellent Tips. Only suggestion is to remove background sounds at the starting of each tip. Its really annoying
