I'm surprised when people argue about who has the best technique... For me just technique alone is not enough to enjoy the song. II need a beautiful voice that is pleasant to my ear, I need to feel emotions when I hear a song. Right now the best at that is Dimash, hands down! He has amazing voice, crazy range, beautiful tone, he delivers the song and lyrics so you don't need to know the language; He gives the best performance every single time, and his voice makes you feel so many emotions and gives you goosebumps. What else can one desire. He is perfect!

Dimash's has an EXCELLENT high register, he's immensely praised for it by experts all over the world (he's not only about high notes, but they are definitely a part of his outstanding skill). Concerning the D8: Of course, that was sung. It was sustained and with vibrato, which shows that he even had full control over it. I've not even seen a sustained whistle with vibrato by anyone in the 7th octave before. This whistle was extremely impressive. And he attacked it directly, without heaving to slide up to it, and he hit it with such vocal ease. A very good technique. And, of course, there was never a whistle in the 8th octave sung with vibrato (and there never was a sustained one either). Very well done, Dimash. :)
