@@ApurvaSukant Let me explain: Raisy was tired (of the last five matches of QC he played four; three in a row), Rapha was fresh and with one game of advantage. Nuances? Mostly none. Rapha started with Athena on Blood Covenant, which is a big no-no because is the equivalent of Raisy with Clutch. Super bully, super agressive and got on the snowball effect. People tend to think of Raisy as an impassible dude but he keeps the tension under the surface. Rapha was most effective but there was no opponent on the finals.
Rapha the Quake God? Lol? Just NO. He had easy opponents on the way to this Grandfinal. Raisy had to beat the europe players (they are far better than the North American players).
Rapha has my full respect for playing so perfectly even after not so long ago he had to face the big tragedy in his life 👏👏👏 It takes special mentality to be this composed after going through such emotional & hard time (may she RIP 🌹) If there was any doubt who is Quake's GOAT this just tells you how clear he is of everyone 🙏🙏
Rapha is really a brain monster. Gratz to him really, well deserved victory. I am also very impressed at Raisy's progress since his QL times, I'd say if he ever had something to improve it would be his movements (bounce into walls sometimes and don't use wall clipping enough). I feel like he doesn't look where he should sometimes/missing opportunities. He plays with slow mouse sensi? e.g 5:385:50, I havn't followed QC but I wonder if he doesn't play much crouch sliding/CPM champions due to this. Massive GG to both rapha and Raizy. Very pleased by the cast, ZSX and DjWheat? Hell yeah!

Абсолютно верно. Корявая сетка. Северная Америка - это флаер в финал для рафы. Он не играет с сайфером, килсеном, кулером . А выходит на одного из евро . Это не про спорт. When the best of EU brackets (Vengeurr & Raisy) both get knocked out by Rapha (3:1 4:0), I'm not sure why people still think Rapha wouldn't dominate EU brackets as well. If EU is really that much tougher, then shouldn't the best of EU have all the skill and practice to roll the best of NA? I think people just want to make excuses for their favourite players, but that's really disrespectful to everyone. Most disrespectful to the EU players for their efforts.

That's why I'm launching my own arena FPS that's meant to be a fun, chaotic game you can play with friends. Disliked. What a shame. Rapha had weak opponents: dooi, ZenAku and cnz. Jesus... this was not a real challenge. The best players (Europe/CIS) had to fight against each other. Raisy is a good player but very young and he is not a Top 3 global player. Cypher (beat Rapha in the semi finals of Stage 3), K1llsen (also a twice champion) and ofcourse Cooller would bring much more competition against Rapha. These three are still the best in europe and have a lot more experiece than Raisy. Rapha was fresh after his easy matchups. Raisy was tired after his matchups. Then Rapha started with an 1-0 advantage in the Grandfinal. Crap.

Look at the last champions so far: K1llsen, Cooller, Rapha, K1llsen and Rapha. These three guys can win. I agree with you in one point: Cooller could play better that he showed in the group matches (Stage 3 and 4) but don't count him out. He is husband and father and has more important things to do. Family business for example. Still... he is able to fight eye-to-eye. Every player has his up and downs. Rapha, Cooller, Cypher....

I think it's the first time I didn't care at all about quake con since 20 years ago. I remember how stressed rapha was playing evil. Now he is so comfortable, he has everything to escape when he is down on health. So yeah there is no suspens anymore. Quake was great when there was fighting ability not just when people with more health and more sneaking around win. No one watches quake anyway. Hope there will be zero interest in quake so only rapha and his stupid fans cheer each other in small circles

Rapha came from winners bracket and Raisy came from losers bracket, so Rapha starts with a 1 map advantage
