@@xhonatanblini Maybe jet-lag, both him and DeHang played the worst I've seen for a while, and they were beating players in the warm-up games. Maybe just bad luck on the day but hey-ho overall still lots of cool games to watch and enjoy and that's the main thing:)
There are only a handful of people that can defeat Rapha, hat off to this guy. Especially the beginning, the first two matches was a very cautious and calculated play of both, a joy to watch. The commentary was on point as well, very nice.

Sadly the game suffers from a real lack of content and lacks/lacked a lot of features that people just expect a Quake game to have. It isn't a bad game, but it took so long to get to where it is right now that many of the people interested in it tried it earlier on and then dropped the game. It's still a lot of fun and you can play it for free, so download it if you're interested.
I think what we are seeing is the spectator FOV and not the actual player's FOV. I watch rapha's stream of QC on twitch and his fov is bigger than what we are seeing here.
12:47 how the heck he knew rapha is there, to the very meter? can he hear him runnig to rail while standing on Heavy armor? Look cyphers crosshair placement and tracking on rapha when he is not visible, it looks like some sligthly delayed locking bot or something O_o
QC is *still* going to extreme lengths to AVOID... just normal double brackets or knockouts as in any respectable sport!? WTH is wrong?? Instead, it should embrace that to make QC an E-sport, and make International tournaments affect rank much more than any other form, and certainly local online weeklies should almost not count at all for rank. We see clearly that US players can't even make an inroad if the tournament is CLOSE to normal. Still the fiddling with the number of maps, it's crazy. I just want LANs to be normal double bracket, it's tested and proven in all sports. Rapha is decent, but his rank is false as hell and this proves it. It's silly buggers right now. Obviously I wish for him to be able to go across the pond to find challenging competition. It's just that pretty good timing, knowledge and decent aim just doesn't cut it for the top. I mean it's tough. And none would have come better prepared than him for this, either - with the sole exception being having top competition available.
Both you and me, because this wasn't Rapha. I don't know what went up with him, jetlag, bad food, the hair... this was the same crap that happened during the Dreamhack 2013 finals. No strategy, no planning just a headless chicken. He gave up the tournament at the very first game.
