    = Cooking Ingredients =
    Back Ribs 710g (15ea), 1 teaspoon coffee, 5 Tbsp sake (58g), 1 slice ginger (14g), 1g whole black pepper, 1/4 kimchi (640g), 1 onion (165g), 1 green onion (78g), 2 green peppers, 1 red pepper, 2 Tbsp chopped garlic (44g), 2 Tbsp (14g) red pepper powder, 2 Tbsp (27g) plum liquid, 2 Tbsp (17g) soy sauce, 1/3 Tbsp chopped ginger (7g), 1 Tbsp brewed soy sauce (10g), 1 Tbsp sesame oil (11g), water 750ml
    = Recipes =
    1. Cut the back ribs slightly and cut the back ribs
    2. Pour enough water into the back ribs and add coffee to drain the blood for 30 minutes.
