Thank you for giving us your journey experience. Every detail ~it does matter because someone either does know about it themselves and never talked about it and others don’t know what’s possibly happening~ It’s important to know. I have not even begun this diagnosis fully yet~ they are painstakingly slow or didn’t care before. have had the symptoms for years actually and it probably began with what they found yesterday in a defecogram ex-ray. My GI doc didn’t even call me but I saw the report. I’m going to the rheumatologist tomorrow with four autoimmune conditions. I’m an RN, so I’m researching and researching and I am watching and praying for people too~who are going through all the conditions that I actually have diagnosed and about the colon cancer because I wanted to be prepared and I am glad to have known you and others who are going through it, and have survived. I know the Lord wants to heal me.
You're welcome. It's nice to be able to have this social media platform to be able to help each other out. I'm sorry it's taking so long for you to get a diagnosis. I pray the doctors can find out what's wrong and get a treatment set up for you. 🙏🙏🙏
Hey Jenny! You've blitzed this phase! Well done to you. Great to see you looking so good and staying so upbeat and positive. Congrats on the 27th anniversary too! So important to have solid supportive family around you. Onwards and upwards Jenny 💪😊❤x
Thank you, Bill! Phase 1 done. Onto phase 2. Praying that goes just as well. And, yes, I am very grateful to have such a supportive family. I'm happy that you're finally starting to feel better, too! 💞
Hi Jenny, you should be very proud of yourself… You did it! I wish I could hear you ringing the bell here in New Jersey! Nice to see you smile 😊 Love and prayers coming your way, Dolores ❤️🥰🙏
Thank you! Happy to done with phase 1. And thank you for the continued prayers! I also pray for you and your family in my nighttime prayers for continued healthiness. 💞
Oh Jenny, you made it past the first milestone. Well done! I truly hope that the worst is over. It's good advice to :listen to your body". Rest, take it easy, and keep exing off those days!
Yes, one part done. Today I am feeling achy all over and tired from the shot so have just been resting on the couch all day. Hopefully by tomorrow I'll feel better. 💞
First, Happy Anniversary. Second, all your questions as valid. As a chronically I’ll person myself, I get so angry when I feel doctors aren’t answered me and pushing my questions off. I’m grateful you are proactive with questions and I strongly encourage you to keep advocating for yourself. Now, will you get to ring the chemo bell after you have the pump remover tomorrow?
Thank you! I think the doctor avoided my questions because he didn't know the answers, but he was going to find out. So that's a good thing. And unfortunately they do not have a bell in that clinic. I'm just ringing it in my imagination! 😄💞
I remember the relief of being done with chemo -- congratulations! What a great milestone! For me, radiation was a breeze compared to chemo, i just had to find a way to keep might seatbelt off my breast after 3 weeks. I hope it is easy for you as well. You can do this! (I had breast cancer 22 years ago!) ❤
I just lost my sister to cancer. Last year her nutritionist told her that cancer loved sugar (and carbs) but she refused to change her diet to that of no longer vegetarian. She said she didn't care. Now she's gone. Do some research, please. Be healthy, stay safe and many blessings, Morgan
I'm so sorry you lost your sister! 💞🙏 And, yes, good advice. I used to eat a lot more healthy but now with the ileostomy I have to be careful with what I eat. Still adding in vegetables and fruits slowly. One day at a time! 💞
❤congratulations ❤
Thank you! 🙏
Happy Anniversary ❤🎉 Praying for you!!
Thank you! And thank you for the prayers! I appreciate it! 💞

I'm glad radiation was easier than chemo for you. I hope it's that way for me. too. So happy you made it through - and that was so long ago! Yay!
