Having clear explanations of the circumstances and event chains needed to get specific bloodlines would be a lot more useful than explaining things on the wiki.
Started as Buddhist Tibet on the earliest start. completed bloodline ambition. conquered India so got the Ashoka event. strategically married and concubine'd family members off to Gopala and then finally got the Alexander the great bloodline event. It was impossible by the end to have a negative opinion with anyone, even enemies.
I haven't tested it in the game yet, but the peaceful child bloodline *might* be obtainable if you have a garden with a Fountain of Youth. Every 10 years you can drink from the fountain, and if you're not lunatic, your *birthdate changes* and you become 2 years younger. So, if one of your ancestors was a rather rich mystic with 9 years to spare in order to build the garden AND the fountain, you can start sipping from it at 18 and basically age slooooower. The reason I think the bloodline is technically impossible to obtain is because you would have to be at peace for 30 years and NOT do any of the other events that could count for a peaceful bloodline.
It should be obtainable either way now since it was changed to needing to be completed before you're 45. Which is possible even without the fountain of youth.
For the new bloodline you need to win a war against the HRE with the goal to depose an antipope or excommunicated ruler while.... long list time You are an adult catholic feudal ruler with 500 piety, at least 2 out of zealous, theologian, celibate, nun, 1000 piety and all the virtues, an opinion of at least 25 with the pope, and not a rival of the pope, not have a created bloodline. Not be incapable or have a sin or anything else that the church might not like, and . Less than 120 realm size, and not an emperor. And if you're a king it needs to be either a viceroyalty title, or you must have been crowned by anyone who isn't you yourself, or the war itself must be one that you are required to wage for the coronation. Lastly either be married or have no children. Not sure why that's a thing, but getting married shouldn't be an issue anyway.
My king had 4850 prestige and he was ambitious, but I still couldn't find his ambition to create Bloodlines among his possible ambitions. Then he died before he reached 5K prestige.
@Quendorsof I had a question i tried to get the forge a bloodline ambition but it hasnt triggered yet. I have an ambitious leader and had enough prestige 10k+ so why hasnt it triggered. Is there a max amount of bloodline your dynasty can have?
If your character already has a bloodline from pretty much anything other than historical bloodlines or, I think, the saint ones, you can't get the ambition. If they do not have one of those bloodlines, but somebody in your dynasty has created one then you can get the ambition, but the required prestige increases. I think it should be 15k in that case for an ambitious character, though I don't have CK2 installed anymore so I can't quite check to be entirely sure.
You missed one bloodline, which has the dubious honor of being the one so bad at release that Paradox buffed it in their first post-Holy Fury patch. The Benevolence bloodline, earned from the event chain for choosing to reform the law code, which can often also lead to players getting silly numbers of rebels. On launch it only gave an insignificant amount of prestige, piety, and a moderate opinion bonus with a tiny subset of characters. So not only was it really weak, it's very boring. The new version gives a very large opinion bonus with just characters and a moderate one with kind characters, but is still very weak and boring compared to other options.
Yikes, that's a bit awkward, I actually had it in my notes, but somehow managed to forget mentioning it while actually recording. Indeed Like you say very weak and boring, especially given that just and kind characters are usually not the ones plotting anything against you as those traits give a malus on joining factions or plots.
Just got it on my last playthrough without knowing that I was taking the even chain that led to this one. I felt bad (hopefully, this character also got the blood of Ashoka so that isn't so bad, but still this isn't what I wanted)
@@Qurasia I am an independent king..i have waged war against other realms, realms that are also out of my region but still it doesn’t count as a foreign war,no conquest, claim wars,rivalry..nothing count as a foreign war maybe my game is bugged
it does seem like the castle ones are some of the better ones. extra noble/feudal vassal tax is insanely helpfull as you expand your realm. the extra castle tax is less than the vassal tax so i think that just going pure castle is the one to go. you're also able to get level 6 fortification crazy early too.
can't forge multiple with one character, but to inherit multiple in 5 steps 1, forge a bloodline 2, have offspring 3, have a family member who isn't a descendant inherit (for example through elective succession) 4, forge another bloodline 5, marry or have your children matrillinially marry one of the descendants from step 2 The new children should have both bloodlines

I dont understand how Alfred the great does not have a blood line, hes probably the most important person in terms of British history!
I very much agree he's worthy of a bloodline, maybe one day Paradox will add one for him.
@@Qurasia yea, the Savoyards deserve a bloodline too. They claim descent from Roman nobility.

The thing about embalming is that it can give the Kinslayer trait while burning does not.
what about THE PAPEL friend bloodline i know it exists as in a newer bloodline not come with holy fury and just after

isnt it possible to get the last bloodline by using the foutain of young?
The same patch that added great works also changed the requirements for that bloodline making it possible to obtain either way.
I have the Holy Fury doc why don't I have access to this ambition?
What traits and prestige do you have?
you need 5k prestige and ambitious trait for the ambitious to get it, you can also NOT have content.

I believe it should be any war against a different realm. (So not revolts or factions or other vassals if you're one, probably)
