Good luck. When I was on a health kick I managed a whole stone in a month. Using shakes ect. Gym everyday. Then I got a respiratory disease and it all came flooding back the following month.
I lost two stone last year - I just stopped eating after 6pm and upped my water intake. It took about 3 weeks to start showing on the scale and for me to not feel irritated / hungry.
I've always found you have to train your mind too , you have to say to yourself I've just eaten my meal and I don't need to eat anymore ( no snacking afterwards ) . Also look at that packet of crisps / chocolate bar and say to yourself what nutrition is in you ?, answer None .
Best way to lose weight is to cut down on bread and starchy stuff, drink lots of water. Less carbs means calories, you'll find the pounds fall off. Aim to lose 1 pound per week, any more than that will throw your body into shock. Don't fast and not eat, that will have the reverse effect. Also, go on long walks, preferably with long stretches of uphill action, which will force your muscles to work harder. Good luck.
All my best wishes on your new adventure Emma. ❤
Thank you Andrew 😊
Good luck
Thank you very much 😊
You can do it🍋🍋💪
Hopefully ... eventually! At least I won't be cheating ... 🤣
Good luck.

@@BlackLines Well done!! Yes I generally try not to eat too late - unless I'm visiting Boaty and then it's at 2am!! 😮😆

Thanks and yes I agree because when I cut out bread and pasta to try and help my IBS I lost lots of weight!
