yeap.. i'v hammered wth bigger torx, but in that case the fender is going to brake..

It wouldn’t be a problem as Long as you don’t light anything else then the heat shrink

yes
Of course but it's way more "secure" to do it with a soldering iron. Meaning that it will not "untangle" itself while riding the scooter.

Which size are they cuz they seem small and what tool to use to remove the screws of the back plate

I've got the same issue but the broken connector part doesn't have any cable (red and black), so I can't solder it back... Any tips on that?
just turn on the light and connect to the wire, if nothing lights up, turn the cables and try again, if works solder back.
Take some short wiring from the light cord itself? Like 1-2 cm and solder it (or whatever method you wanna connect it) to the connector? 😁

Does anyone have any random power cutting off issues to scooter? In regards to cable at back heard it can cause intermetentent power cuts
Well if the cable is damaged it's cause shirt circuit to the bms board..

Yes, as long as your scooter it turn off. But better to disconnect the battery.
