Thank you for making this video. I had an accident and broke off the handle at around the same spot. Dad and I were replacing it together, and he thought we would have to take the whole thing apart to replace the connection to the sensor. He was about to break open the screen when he stopped and went "Hey, look it up on youtube before I accidentally destroy this thing?" Instead of having to replace more parts, it now works perfectly.

Hi! Do you have any ideas how to loosen the screw because mine is stuck and it’s impossible to loosen it
Spray a bit of WD40 and wait a few minutes before unscrewing. Quality tools will help too.

at 1:23 the screw for those 2 places are stuck, when using a screwdriver. is there any way you can suggest that i can remove them?
which screwdriver are you using for your one so that i can attempt with that one
Don't remember the exact size of the screwdriver, used whatever fits. Try spraying a bit of WD40 on those screws. In a worst-case scenario, you can disconnect the sensor from the dashboard and change the brake lever with the sensor in one piece.

Hello. I did what you said, but when I finally turn on the scooter, the Brake lights flash and give an audible warning. Why? What can I do? Can you please help.
If error 15 (brake error) is displayed on the screen, your brake sensor is probably damaged, replace it. In my case, it didn't break.

Hi I have the same problem my model is 1s I bought the brake I connected and on the display all the error 15 appears to me, what is the problem?
This means that the sensor does not see the magnet that is in the brake lever. Double-check that you have assembled the sensor part correctly. Check if the brake lever is in its original position, you may have tensioned the cable incorrectly. Otherwise, the magnetic sensor or wires may be damaged, you need to replace the whole thing and connect it to the dashboard.

I don't know what to do, my the thing for pulling ripped off from the rest, the part where you lever it got off and the part that you don't need to touch is still inside it, I told my mom and she told me we are gonna throw out the new 424$ scooter.
It's nothing serious; you definitely don't need to throw away your scooter. Take it to a scooter repair shop, and they will fix it for you. It definitely won't cost a fortune. The brake lever with a sensor costs 14€ + labor payment.
If the cable just popped, I think they will fix everything for free.

@@AmaarAhme-bd9vn So, you need to tension the brake cable. Take the scooter to any bicycle repair shop, and they will adjust it in 2 min.

This is the most dumbest way you didn’t have to unscrew the sensor
Another way, you have to disassemble the dashboard. This way is less complicated. Unless your sensor is broken.
