However, there was no mention if the reschedule would be at an additional cost to the landlord; I assume this to be a yes. I would further speculate that the Sheriffs' Office, the new better choice for eviction (I agree) would just handle it one and done, is my take. Their procedures were not spotlighted as was the Landlord Tenant Officer. They are the more official agency.
