This is great. Having slow weeks where you feel like you don’t “move the needle” is something I can totally relate to. And something that makes those days/weeks worse for me a lot of times is trying to watch videos or read articles of things I need to be doing or tips to get me out of the slump. Taking a step back to regroup and get realigned to larger goals while chalking it up to a bad day is frustrating but is something that’s worked on a personal level to claw myself out of a slump. That and taking my dog for a walk or spending time outside gardening or on the mountain... There needs to be more content like this addressing the slump and that it doesn’t happen because you’re being lazy or that you’re not capable. Loved the video and thanks for sharing!
