What about getting a flat personality?
The big problem I have with the medication is that it basically means that you have to take it for the rest of your life and become dependent on the drug since your body stops producing Dopamine by itself and if you ever decide to get of the meds your going to have a very hard time until your body rebuilts it and as a person with ADHD even then it will be below baseline of "normal" people.
ADHD is a two edged sword. If you swing it inward you it will cut yourself. If you learn to swing it outward it will cut a path for success. - Anthony "TheIvolutionary" Hogan
When I was diagnosed, mypsychologist told me to look for successful people with ADHD and I read the biography of the founder of Kinkos, Paul Orfalea. I know we live in the world of quick, shallow videos, but also get a books nd read about someone who was successful with ADHD. After you get a spark by a video like this, go build a roaring fire by reading a full biography to see the why and the how.
Good list, but note that Alexnder Graham bell did NOT invest the phone. He stole the ideas from other inventors.Edison did NOT invent the light bulb, he stole the idea from people like Tesla.
Yep thats speed for you this is why methamphetamine is so popular
Let them fry their dopamine receptors for that temporary euphoric feeling.
the first 42 seconds of this video was unsettling 😂😂 but i loved it
but also hated it
Adderall is one of the worst drugs ever and you’re over here promoting it in a video.
Thank you. For reassuring me that taking meds doesn’t mean taking meds for life, and also that finding my way to a career that works for my ADHD, and developing non-pharmaceutical coping mechanisms are both valid answers.
It's really sad to see kids on it. I had a coworker that spent his childhood on it and said he had to do cocaine to feel normal. He expressed how bad it was for his overall life.

That part where you left your wife... that was wild.
lol i definitely got triggered at the door, thanks for the video! (0:22)
Did you just goto a family doctor and get tested for ADHD?
It takes longer than a week for this types of medication to work properly.
Extremities can get cold and heart feel a little strange... Can find yourself staring noticably once and awhile lol. Anyone else?
Is this your mind on drugs……you seem way out there……😊
For me its the quietness in my brain i can sleep concentrate remember its life changing it also helps with my sensory issues from aspergers and my PDD and GAD are almost non existent
Honestly, for me, one Sudafed 120 mg - 12 hour pill - (pseudoephedrine) - per day with a couple lattes tossed in over the course of the day is way more effective than any of the much stronger legal amphetamines prescribed for adhd.
I think you’re confusing adhd with depression, sorry but it’s true.
You look strung out. You honestly looked way happier before you started taking them. You haven’t even bothered to shave. I feel sorry for you man
Alternate title: my first time taking legal speed
Everyone is a TH-cam expert now, seems like a dangerous trend. One week? Don’t make me laugh.
Your not adhd your describing symptoms that happen when you don't.. but also if you take to much.
As a kid i was diagnosed with ADD in the 90s and i was on adderall for a while but in high school they kept wanting me to take more and push myself harder until I couldn't handle it! Psychedelics were a much better option for me.
I tried Aderall -it allowed me to focus on studying, but it took me 2 days to recover which was counterproductive. I find it helpful for tasks I don’t want to do. Great for when I have a knitting project with a complicated pattern
I was on this for 9 years, got super addicted ended up having a mental breakdown that lasted over a year. Went to rehab and Ive been clean since 2/14/20 I have adhd and I’ve learned to live with it without medication
It’s basically meth in pharma form
I remember few years back after my wife died, I was left alone with 3 kids. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with ADHD. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment changed my life for better. I can proudly say i'm totally clean for 6 years and still counting. Always look to nature for solution to tough problems, Shrooms are phenomenal.
I love hearing great life changing stories like this. I want to become a mycologist because honestly mushrooms are the best form of medicine (most especially the psychedelic ones) There are so many people today used magic mushrooms to ween off of SSRI medication- its amazing! Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death buddy, lets be honest here.
Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏
Sure of mycologist Pedroshrooms
I'm so very happy for you mate, Psilocybin is absolutely amazing, the way it shows you things, the way it teaches you things. I can not believe our world and our people shows less interest about it's helpfulness to humanity. It's love. The mushrooms heals people by showing the truth, it would be so beneficial for so many people, especially politicians and the rich who have lost their way and every other persons out there.
Where do I reach this dude? If possible can I find him on Google
Taking Adderall makes me feel like I'm on cocaine.
I feel super high energy and focused with no carbs.
I’m trying Methylphenidate

At 6 minutes on video OVER EXPLAINING ABOUT SITTING AT DESK AND WORKING. WE GET IT!!
Guy was high on meth and crashed. Crazy cause I have had adhd my whole life and can tell you the meds. Rit, ad, foquest ect don’t give me energy at all. They make me slow af. My brain go silent and it works at a speed I can actually sort my thoughts.
In other words he does methamphetamines
My ex took that stuff, you'd come home and the whole house would be clean and facing the other direction, with a fresh coat of paint🤣 Id be like 😮
This would make a great Big Pharma commercial. NO THANKS. Not for me.
I’m going to say that the dose was way too high. If I were you I’d try half the dose
I really hope this works. I actually can't image being able to sit down and work without wanting to do something else
Dig your humour. Ironically not having the medication made all those things happen to me 🤣🤣🤣
Advice for begginers: don't drive the first day you take ADHD medication like this guy, and neither the second. Let your system adapt to meds first. Maybe a week or so. I almost crashed the car the second day after I started with Concerta.
It's amphetamine
The first day on adhd meds is crazy! I worked 8 straight hours.
Loses keys Im so add
❤
Good vid and message. Some people require meds long term and there should be no stigma attacked to that because the human body is complex. But for most people using ADHD meds temporarily (months or longer) to help retrain the brain by developing new habits is a better solution.
Amphetamines will definitely make you focused.
Just a heads up, it’s just pharma meth. Stay clean people.
i didnt realize that the beginning of the video about the addition was sarcasm and i waited the whole video for an explanation lol
