Ive been listening to Afrobeats for awhile now, and it does something for me 🤣. (Im Haitian btw )And I really love this song and I love Chike. And I dont think he gets enough credit for his music. It could be because he mainly sings in his native tongue. Thank you for this video .

Actually regarding Lagbaja, the main reason for covering his face when he started, was because his parents didn't approve of him doing music (I spent part of my childhood in Nigeria), but I think eventually they came around to the idea. The secondary reason was, as you said, so people focussed on his music and not his appearance. 😊

This is a song I cannot stop listening to! I am sad that this young talented man is no longer with us!! I am in the United States and his life was cut short like Tupac Shukar another Talented young man. But the music is timeless and so haunting!! He is very much alive through his music!!
