Bought this tent and it arrived yesterday. Set up in the yard, even backed my dual sport motorcycle under cover. The vestibule area is great and has several different configurations. Good video. I was looking at the tent on Amazon, but this video helped convince me to purchase. Obviously a large pack size, so car camping or across the seat on a larger motorcycle. Quick setup and takedown also.
I picked this tent up on Amazon because of this video too! Only I got the tan colored one. Right now it's 50% off ($99). Can't wait to take this baby camping. I,m even considering adding a hot tent vent for the vestibule
I recently picked this tent up at Sierra in the clearance bin for $22, and also picked up a DOD sleeping pad for $15:) Im impressed with both bases on materials, initial setup and comfort, and i look forward to using them both:)
@@LifeWithKernelLee I also just bought one based on your review and received it tonight. I set it up in in the living room. It took less than a minute to do the base setup. I think I'm gonna love this thing. I bought the tan one because Amazon is currently running a sale on it for only $99. Couldn't beat that price. I'm looking forward to getting it out on the road/trails with my bike and pup after the holidays. 😃
Thank you for the review noticed enough that this tent looks to be a very impractical to be a moto camping tent. More motoglamping. Too bulky for one. And almost 13 lbs your standard 3 person tent is under 5lbs. And it would take up most of a saddle bag. Or the room of a sleeping bag if you put it across the seat or as a tail bag. Most people remove the poles so the tent can pack smaller. Saves time? What's few minutes. Tents usually take a max of 5 minutes to set up. You spend more time clearing the area of debris than setting it most tents. Cool concept if ur one of these people that don't mind strapping 65 lbs of gear to their 600+ lbs bike

having it for a month now, how is it holding up? have you tried it in rain and wind and if so does it hold up well?
@@xyslayerfly have not got a chance to camp in it yet. I think it will hold up well

To bulky in my opinion
And heavy. 12lbs is nuts. I guess some people don't care about unnecessary weight.
Not for everyone
