Jokic is a freakin savage. I think we can all agree that we have never seen a player like him before. He is absolutely unique. Yes, there were passing big men before him. But he is like 7ft Steve Nash with all the advantages of being a 7ft, 300 pound Steve Nash. Being able to take the ball in the post and distribute, shoot over people or simply creating space by leaning backwards. The timing of his passes, the unexpected angles. Next level shit. Genius. And beautiful to watch.

I would say Jokic's court vision and Mike Malone's adjustment won the game. Normally when Jokic gets the ball from Murray after the screen, he would throw up a floater or mid-range. The Clippers are so used to this, that all their defenders were trying to stop that shot. But for this game, Jokic just passed it out to the open 3-pointer. Look at 6:52, all Clippers players on the floor were looking at Jokic, there were essentially THREE shooters opened. This play alone won them like a huge portion of points. Murray is amazing as well.

Durant would’ve never gone to the Warriors if they won the finals. That was a confirmed statement from a source. He didn’t want it to make it seem like he’s joining a team that doesn’t really need him (which we all knew the Warriors didn’t). It was a sacrifice they were willing to make to win more chips in the future. I would’ve blown a 3-1 too if I knew I was going to win multiple more from doing so.
