- The Golden State Warriors top the Oklahoma City Thunder to become only the 10th team in NBA history to overcome a 3-1 series deficit. The Warriors will face the Cavaliers in the NBA Finals.

Then durant went to gs and the rest is history sighs.

The thing about the Warriors that sets them apart from other teams during this run they’ve been on is that they will not die. They are nearly impossible to close out. They’ve lost 2 playoff series since 2015, to the Cavs and to the Raptors and it took everything those teams had to close them out. They won’t give up.

KD spent years trying to secure a Championship, and continuously came up short. I may be going out on a limb here, but I think the only two Championships he’ll ever have is the two with Golden State. Steph just has that winning vibe that emulates to the rest of the team.

He is a coward. No matter how you turn it. OKC was ready to sign any form of additional scoring help for KD and gave him all he wanted in order to keep championship aspirations up. KD was right before his prime years and decided to let all that development crumble and become the most overqualified role player in history.
During those OKC years of KD and Russ, i kept saying that Russ needed to change his game or be traded since he was just putting up empty stats and didn't contribute to winning basketball. Russ mostly made bad in-game decisions that cost them games and KD just had to leave that. That's why me and my friends knew that Russ going to the Lakers with Lebron would never work. At least now most of the world sees it.
