    Thanks for sharing Maebbie! I’m going to incorporate this into my life. My ergonomics definitely need improving! Also, this is the best VRChat video I’ve seen this year! I’d love to keep seeing you creating and sharing more videos!

    Ja hallo :)
    Came for maebbie, stayed for health tips, or something idk.
    Very informative video, i think i will try out the eating once per day technique. Biggest problem will probably be that i'll get hungry af doe. I also have to start doing some ring fit again hehe. Did not expect a vid like this from you but thanks for making it :)

      I also started trying to use a small drawing tablet instead of a mouse from time to time, that is also a nice change.

      thanks mate. Thats how you lure them in, so you can feed them the cheap ways to seize your own health without any company selling you anything. Dont worry too much about feeling hungry, it will fade rather quickly. To mitigate it you could drink more water or just do the 10 min of strength training as it hits. Should you notice that you go into underweight territory you just eat a bit more or eat 2 meals 2 to 4 hours apart instead of just one, the key is to have that insulin graph in mind and to give your body as much time to do maintenance as possible.
      Good idea to use a drawing tablet, I got one too for occasional uses in blender, now i regret forgetting about it to put it in ;_;
      Also, it is ya'hallo, like Yuigahama always says. It will become the new hip greeting one of these days!

      It has been a smart move to include roughly a month of ramadan to a religion. You introduce a healthy practice and by setting fixed times when you should fast, it becomes a communal thing among believers. You could even say that ramadan is a test from god to gift those who have the discipline with great health and even to those not believing in religion. The practice has benefits for Islamic followers. Though from a health perspective it does not matter during which window of time a day you eat as long as it is small. So perhaps intermittent fasting has been found to be healthy over a thousand years ago and became knowledge passed down in form of religion.
