I laughed when they little boy said " can you put her back where we found her...but not on the road" he is so sweet to think to release her back into the wild, but I also just imaged them putting it back in the middle of the road.

Was happy to see the pets with the homeless pet parents getting veterinary care. I’m not homeless but my dogs are my everything, and vet care is/can be pricey, so that these incredible veterinarians and organizations are helping the homeless in this manner has to mean the world to them. 🙏🏻 🙏🏻

@@kyrstenhoffman5756 I saw the headline about the rabbit who made babies in 30 seconds what they left out was the rabbit dies during a neuter nobody was at fault Scott was devastated I adore and would never blame him I just am glad I read the comments first also there was another about a tiger with a toothache and in that same episode an animal dies I forget now which one it was but it was my fault for going ahead with it and there was one where the cat did not live through tylenol posion and the recent one with Fatti the dog and to think I actually wanted to do this job when I was a small child there is no way I am emotionally equipped for that
Pets in the Park programs are so important! For many people experiencing homelessness, their pets keep them safe. I'd love to see more of this program on Bondi Vet!
The thing I love about Bondi Vet is they let the animals--pets or wild--be themselves. They don't try to ramp up the danger by agitating the animals like other Australian animal hosts I could name.
Should be common sense to never have animals or kids outside when doing things. As mowing lawn. With mower, grass/hedge trimmer. As not haveing things as tools,knives out in open andbleft there. Kid or animal can do dangerous things withnthem. To self or others.
I don't know why you're saying this. Probably something in this episode. I just started it. There are people who deserve to suffer and never have pets. People like that deserve no home, no ability to have pets and to suffer horrendously.

You are saying if someone does not have any money they should be ignored and left on the street with nothing and no one to help them? Hope one day you don't find yourself out of work or with no family to support you.

[shrugs] and i loved the Pets in the Park part. it's nice to know that not only have the people not been forgotten but Neither have the furry friends that help keep them mentally healthier been.

Bra clips for female turtle Donna would have been too normal - glad the craft store lady gave Chris an option that was even better Steve donating homeless dog time was great to see as well. I've gotten a better glimpse of the new vets and I think they are doing great! I'm in Florida in the United States - I'm sure we're probably behind in episodes but I always look forward to new ones. My siblings and I saved a Canadian goose who had a severely infected foot with fishing line wrapped around it. Turns out when the wildlife rehabbers did an xray she also has a bullet in her wing. I called her Hellen and she is back at the river I found her at. She had a very protective mate. It's so good to see her happy and healthy!
I think my favorite fix on Bondi Vet was the fix for the kitten whose back leg was bending the wrong way ..... Super Vet to the rescue figured out how to fix it rather than amputate.
It is so awesome that they go above and beyond by sometimes going to the animal/reptile in need and treat injured wild animals, not just those domesticated. These folks are my heroes!!!

It’s so awesome Chris volunteers to help out other vet clinics and rescues and whoever needs help, with whatever needs to be done. It has to be so interesting being a vet in Australia when you not only take care of domestic animals but all sorts of Australian wildlife. To need to know how to treat so many varieties of animals but also quite exciting! I wish we had vets like him and other such vets that take such good care of the animals and owners in the US but here it’s all about money. They even charge to go to the home. I’m envious of the great care they get

I"m not really sure when this episode aired, and imdb's not helping (Dr Andrew Marchevsky is listed with more credits than dr Chris!!) but I know she had some babies and tha'ts a pretty reasonable time to take some time off. There's a rescue in the states that actually uses the hook & eye (AKA bra) clips to fix turtle shells. They ask for donations of old bras and use the clips from those.
One of the best things about Dr Brown is his inventiveness, willingness & flexibility plus, his tenacity when it comes to treating any creature that needs his help. He's just an amazing vet. A true warrior for all creatures of every kind.

I’m glad my dogs are smart enough to stay inside or avoid us when we use electric tools, we try to make sure they avoid going outside when we are using power tools or when we are practicing with throwing knives, my two chihuahuas get scared when we practice with the throwing knives and don’t come outside unless they really need to. But my husky likes to walk up to us just as we are about to throw the knife and sniff it. I had to wait 20 minutes to go back to throwing the knives because she refused to go back inside lol
Every Vet on here are amazing. The care given to each of the injured animals is so loving and kind. I love the way each one is treated and given the one on one to help them heal. Thank you.

Bless vets who help the homeless. They love their pets as much as jj we love our pets. The only difference is that we are lucky to live in a home and they don't have one. We could all be in that situation. Some of us also live on the edge.
Who would have thought that trouser hooks/eyes could be used to fix a turtle shell... As often as I use them for sewing, I will think of this when I make another set of slacks. Awesome fix, Dr Chris!
What an awesome episode. I love the part with Dr. Andrew and the homeless people and the work he's doing there. I have 5 fancy rat girls and two unfortunately have tumours. These are very common in domestic rats and these are not cancerous but can affect their quality of life. So far both are fine and I just can't afford to pay to have them removed. When the tumours do start to affect their quality of life and they can't climb, walk, hop, or anything a happy rat can do I will make that call at that time and contact my vet. My vet is an excellent lady and has been my vet for all my rats I've raised for the past 10+ years. This is not a usual situation I find myself in but the pandemic has hit my household hard.

I had to put down my little GS pup, she had been ran over by a car. It cost us $2,000 to put her to sleep.

Carolina Waterfowl Rescue was one of them, as is Wildthunder rescue in Iowa...though I think there are more now

What an awesome episode. I love the part with Dr. Andrew and the homeless people and the work he's doing there. I have 5 fancy rat girls and two unfortunately have tumours. These are very common in domestic rats and these are not cancerous but can affect their quality of life. So far both are fine and I just can't afford to pay to have them removed. When the tumours do start to affect their quality of life and they can't climb, walk, hop, or anything a happy rat can do I will make that call at that time and contact my vet. My vet is an excellent lady and has been my vet for all my rats I've raised for the past 10+ years. This is not a usual situation I find myself in but the pandemic has hit my household hard.
