8th grade me would be losing their mind right now... I can't believe I actually finished this monstrosity. I've poured my blood, sweat, tears and sanity into this project. I can't believe it... I'm gonna cry. This took me over a year, and now it's finally done.

Q: Why is the lip sync off?
A: The lip sync was really hard to keep consistent, so I didn't worry about it too much. Please don't complain about it.
Q: When is episode 2?
A: I don't know, and I wanna focus on other projects now besides Dawn. Episode 2 might come someday, and it might not. Just read the book series, it'll be the best way you'll be able to make sure you know the story.
Q: Why is the animation so weird in some places?
A: This took over a year to make. Most of these scenes are over 8 months old, so my art style evolves as the episode goes on!

I seriously can’t believe my eyes!! Thirteen year old me would be sobbing with happiness, I’ve known this series for so long man! I know I said a lot about that on the preview already but I’m just so excited!!
I can’t believe you animated a full twenty minutes episode, that’s so impressive!! Even with shortcuts the final product was well worth it, getting to see these characters brought to life is absolutely insane. I was cheering for every introduction and the voice acting was perfect too!! I can’t get over how happy I am that you created this, talk about a rush of nostalgia ;v;

oh my god! i love this so much! the animation and backrounds work amazingly together and is all around simple and charming, the character designs with the voices mesh so well and the worldbuilding gives us enough to know what's going on while leaving some things up in the air for a mystery factor.
the intro was hands down the best part of the episode. the fact that all these elders are keeping a big secret together? holy hell!
the fact that these packs aren't really aware of each other aside from the elders knowing each other? also holy hell!
this is by far one of the most promising starts to a series i've seen, i hope you pick it up for more love!

The lip sync could use work but the art style looks very professional! Defiantly like something in a TV show and the thick lines really fit it. Not to mention it is super smooth! I can't wait to see more episodes from you. (Also the voice actors really fit the characters so good job on them too.)

I love the animation and style, but the lip syncing is throwing me off even though I can understand everything the characters are saying. I don't know if you like criticism, but maybe when the characters speak, their mouths open instead of their lips moving?
