Most of the time, when people try and find knock-offs, it's because they can't afford/ aren't allowed to player/ don't have a good enough device for the actual game, sadly enough.
I wanted Minecraft for 12 years and FINALLY got it in January of this month after being told that it was evil for more than a decade. The struggle's real when it comes to trying to fill that "void" with knock-offs

Classic parents being psychotic moment, welcome to freedom it only gets more chaotic but "fun" from here. Trust me I've been away from my own crazy parent for almost a year now and still don't know what the hell is going on.
@@zanemob1429 Yeah, I mean I get that there's definitely a balance of allowing your kid to play games but not letting them become addicted. But 100% banning games because they'll "rot your brain," or they're "evil," or whatever is just dumb. But out of all games, I feel like Minecraft is the most ideal game for kids. It's fun and encourages creativity. I think parents just don't actually know what Minecraft is, but they assume it's evil because it's a video game 🙄

I don't know, i have Skyrim but you can't realy build, you buy from the steward, unless you have hearthfire mod, in that case i'll see myself out. (I play the baseline game, no mods)
@@AmaraTheGreat-18 If you have Skyrim Special Edition or Anniversary Edition, they come pre-installed with the Hearthfire DLC, so a lot of people don't even know it's not part of the original game

The funny thing is that Minecraft is a clone of the game Infiniminer. Even Notch himself admits that.
That's the thing, every game is technically stealing from another game. But there are clones, then there are remixes. The games in this video are 100% clones. They copy Minecraft but don't do anything new. Minecraft itself is a remix. It's similar to Infiniminer, but at the same time it's totally different because they actually added their own unique ideas. It's how genres are formed.

There's one called "survival craft" and I think it tops the Minecraft at survival. It's kinda similar to Minecraft but the experience is different. Crops can fail, enemies run away when they are low on health. Getting food is kinda hard in that game also. Don't even mention the temperature system. And don't even think about getting iron on the first day. It's hard AF. Armors that actually protect you like a shield but will sink if it's heavy. 😂
I heard of that game. Apparently it also costs money, but it is cheaper than Minecraft. I actually enjoy that game more than Minecraft!

Early playtests of Minecraft were released in 2009. In 2010, Minecraft Alpha and Beta were realesed, however those were prior to the 1.0 version of the game that came out in late 2011.
(The 1.0 version being the first version that was just called "Minecraft", without any extention to the name.)
Therefore, when we are talking about the completed version of either game, terraria is older.

Minecraft was released in November 2011 and Terraria was released in May 2011. Of course, the first public version of Minecraft was released in 2009, but in terms of release date, Terraria did come before Minecraft.

Anybody heard of Creativerse? It's a game on Steam that's basically a copy of Minecraft with slightly more strange-looking mobs.

Both Multicraft and Kawaii Land (and probably a lot of other terrible Minecraft clones) are forks of Minetest, an open-source game engine for voxel games and mods that is genuinely really good, and doesn't have ads or in-app purchases.

block craft 3d building game is what i grew up on and if you play it for long enough it gets pretty fun you start with like 34 of every block and then when you run out of a block you have to mine for it so your incorrect there and the goal is to buy building templates and or build your own and if you build enough huts you can start buying people with gems to live and there is not only hut templates you can also find templates made by other players like in my city i had a huge death star above me at all times i dont no why i have not played that game in years but watching this video was xtreemly nostalgic thank you for the memory i lost jackson

Ngl I used to play block craft 3d and it’s actually pretty fun. Built a decently sized city, got pretty far. The fun thing about that game is that they at least put some effort in not making it an exact ripoff clone of minecraft
You should try Crafting and Building it is like Minecraft but with ads and furniture and a teleport portal.

What we learnt: if you want to play a Minecraft Game, then play.....🥁..... MINECRAFT 😅 those clones are just there to put a lot of ads in it and ride on the Minecraft Wave, if you want a Minecraft Game with more than the basics, there are many mod's to play with, don't play some cashgrab clones, that's a waste of time and may of cash and data.
There is one called Lokicraft and it is Minecraft caves and cliffs with simple textures

What's crazy is that the initial release of Terraria came out months before the full version of Minecraft, it was just never as popular, and was called a ripoff because of that!

If they wanna make indoor plumbing in Minecraft they should also add problems like clogs and broken plumbing to make it ultra realistic.
And you have to wait a week for the plumbers to show up. And you cant use the plumbing until it's fixed
