Your running commentary is tremendously smile-inducing. It's hilarious. You're somehow able to verbalize a stream-of-consciousness kind of story which puts the viewer right in the game with you. Even the meta-game parts:

Capybara. Your videos are always entertaining. I may not always get to them on the day they're released; but they are definitely appointment viewing for me. As in, once I've set up the time to watch them, the phone goes off, the lights go out so I can pretend I'm not home, and I settle in with my tea and biscuits to see what you've been up to. It has become something of a soothing ritual for me. Thank you so much for every one of them.
How do you do that? This comment brings more then just a smile to me and is always such a great time to read. It means so very much to me that my video's can give you some sort of outlet to just sit back and enjoy without any distractions. I even feel like I need to be enjoying myself more when watching some video's myself. This sounds quite calm and relaxing. You're welcome!
@@RayofpandasGamingChannel , oh, do spend at least a little time just for yourself. Even if all you do is daydream for a half hour a day, it's time well spent - truly. You do so much work with these videos - the play is only a small part of it. Editing is W.O.R.K.! If you don't like the idea of simply sitting and daydreaming, check online for a cheap and easy recipe for biscuits and make some. Takes less than half an hour, and you end up with yummy warm biscuits. :)
That's something I really trying to find again and do for myself. As much as I do love every bit of the process and working on video's, I haven't had much time for myself to just sit and think, go outside and do something else, anything really. Even just cooking or baking a single recipe every week

Good Lord, that was one great video!! They seem to have expanded the game A LOT and the ending is different from the first time I played it (2 years go, maybe?)
Either way, I started playing it again 2 months ago and although I have done a decent amount of overall progress, but I think it's maybe 1% compared to you!! This game is WAY bigger now than before and is truly very enjoyable. Many thanks to you and also to @creepy_jar for a job well done.

Fact I learned today: you can cut down “toxic” trees by using armor on your body or a pickaxe (made with a blade stick and rope.)

I don't think there is any on map 4. Only place I found bamboo was on map 1 and possible 2 with the ending

Why not build the charcoal furnace? It's rain proof and gives you a ton of charcoal that you can use for water filters, the forge or just turn into 2x ash
I definitely would've used them later in the game, but I honestly didn't have too many issues with the amount of charcoal I already had. The water getting in definitely slowed it down a little

I need help! I went to the steamboat for the map then I went to Pedro’s boat then to the village. The village will not show on my map but it’s all there. I’ve tried speaking with the elder and I used every entrance. The map is blank where the camp is. Forcing me to use coordinates. Is there any solution????
I'm honestly not too sure. I've even google'd your problem here and haven't found anything myself. I'm sure you know that in Green Hell there are multiple maps, not just one, so it could be you need to find the other maps first and then the village will show on the correct map!

I was on PS4. I was gonna accept it. I took me many tries to get a good start. I saw a dozen stingrays. Three caiman, killed two. The loot RNG was very unpredictable. I saw both of the boats five times. It feels like my twelfth try at this point, I searched the ship. The prompt to open the map chest didn’t come up. It was locked. I immediately deleted the game. It’s disappointed me too many times. Building glitches are infuriating and tools despawn from my inventory. Now I can’t open the map chest. I was so sad and angry that I had to try it on PS5. Got it all on my first try and I’m prepared to continue. The icon on the map shows but I think the tools despawning is worse now. It’s costed me so many long sticks. I haven’t seen any of that online either. It’s all digital, no disc. I’m so pissed but still eager to continue. Don’t buy it on PS4.

I guess what im trying to ask is; dose it feel like work doing The grind? :)
Honestly, it's hard to say. I'd have to separate them both for you; the overall experience with the story/lore is worth it if you're that invested. If not, and you're just looking for a more open/survival experience then just stick to the base game. I did find it pretty sweet seeing all the locations in the base game, while playing SOA and seeing how far they came
