Storage under the hood would have been great. The engine cover helped a little I think. Other then that I'm not sure what we can do to class it up haha.
The E Golf is looking awesome, much more attitude. Two of my favourite things in this video too, a FL weather check and an inspection by Archer 👍🏻 Be nice to have the S4 back on the road.. though probably some much needed extra cooling with the bumper off! Still running mine on 034 stage 1. Changed up to 5w-30 weight oil at my last 5k miles change.. it seems some are pointing to the 0w-20 wearing the rocker arm bearings so figured it can't hurt. Stay safe my friend.
Thanks so much Myles, you are always a welcome sight in the comment section. It has been soooo hot here lately, summer time is my least favorite time in FL lol. And Archer may be getting a friend here soon, I am out of the Army next month and think I am going to get another pup. I'll be sure to update the channel if it happens. I can't wait to drive the S4 again, it has been months. There have been so many rocker arms and fueling/spark issues lately it has me worried for sure. I had my last oil change done at the dealer so I imagine they use 0-20 if that's what it calls for. I added in some liquimoly ceratec during it as well, so maybe that'll help. Hope all is well for you!!
@@Wobblenuts thanks Matt. I enjoy all the videos even if I don't remember to comment on them all 👍🏻 Congratulations on completing your service, that's a milestone. Nice way to mark that with a new addition to the household too. It's hard to call the rocker arm and fueling issues some people are getting. Some people have very little mechanical sympathy and thrash their cars from cold or don't stay on top of the oil changes so who knows if that's where the trouble lies. With the ea839 being in so many other cars, and I don't see a lot of reports there, it makes me wonder.. that being said it's always in the back of my mind. I always keep an ear open for the dreaded ticking.. but I enjoy driving it so can over look that. Yeah, the heat can be draining for sure.. though you know I'd swap that any day with the UK weather 😆 Take it easy
So according to Urotuning/Solo-Werks they were made based off of the eGolf. So far I haven't noticed any excessive bumpiness or anything with the added weight. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
Not really. I put Tesla wheels on it but I think that's about it for now. Oh and solowerks sent me the correct springs for the front suspension. Urotuning sent the wrong kit I guess. but I've just been driving it mainly. Enjoying the little to no cost.
I was thinking about a storage area under the hood and some ideas on how to make everything look better under the hood

It looks so sick bro 🤘
Your video quality is very nice🔥🔥
Appreciate it!!
So the sock golf coilovers will fit the e golf then ?
Golf coilovers will fit, but you have to be sure the spring rates are correct.
Did you have any worries about the e-golfs weight when changing the suspension?
So according to Urotuning/Solo-Werks they were made based off of the eGolf. So far I haven't noticed any excessive bumpiness or anything with the added weight. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
Any updates on the E-Golf?

@@Wobblenuts how much did you pay for the Tesla wheels?
@@chrismorrison1955 like $800 with proper size tires for the eGolf. Found them locally.
@@Wobblenuts Nice :)
