🙋🏼♀️Hi Jennifer … What a wonderful surprise, 2 plus hours w/ you in the kitchen. I’m 72 years old and I no longer cook like I used to so this video is a real treat! Thank you sweetheart ❤ Susan 🌈
Holy moly! A 2-hour, Jen Chapin cinematic event?! I'mma go grab my popcorn and watch this beauty!🍿🥤 Thank you so much for all your hard work during Vlogmas. Each video has been a labor of love and highly entertaining. Keep up the good work. You're absolutely killing it and it's great to see you find your rhythm and health going into 2025. 🥳 You're an absolute inspiration! 💪
Hi Jen! I would LOVE a video on instant pot recipes!! I love my instant pot and have purchased 2 cookbooks and have been trying recipes. Our favorites so far are the baby back ribs and pot roast.
I appreciate this video and saved for sure. This makes grocery shopping and meal planning easier. I need quicker meals and ones that are simple to plan and make. You are amazing, and I love how this can work for myself on GLP-1 and my family 😊. Happy New Year Chica!
I love my instant pot. Use it several times a week. Some things are great in crock pot, others air fryer. I also use stove top and oven, so all of them are necessary. Tonight I made amazing coconut rice in the instant pot.
Jen! Thank you so, so much for all of these wonderful recipes! I can’t even remember my favorite recipe….but I’m making tacos for dinner tomorrow and I’m going to try your Spanish rice. Also wanted to say that I’ve recently learned how to make the refried beans more spreadable. It’s similar to what you did with the oil but using cream instead of oil. It sounds crazy, I know but it is delicious! I learned how to use my instant pot with the help of Kristen from sisters stuff. I’m confident in using it now but there are so many people that are afraid of using it so I say. YES! Show people how to use it. You are great. Thanks again
I really like my instant pot. I may not use it everyday but it is super handy and I use it often. I need to try that lasagna pasta recipe. That looked really good. Loved this video.
Do not own an insta-pot. I think for sure I would if I worked and had dinner to fix for a busy family. Sure looks to save time for pretty much one pot dishes. I am impressed with the recipes, so much seasoning and flavor. Many I will try in the oven, ect. Loved seeing Murphy get his cheese treats. Loved, loved, loved the video. Well worth the 2 plus (almost 2 1/2 hours). Thank you so much Jen. Take care. Kick those feet up now and then for 30 minutes or so. Catch your breath, rest a bit and enjoy the holidays and your time off. See you soon.
I don’t have an instapot but I do have the Ninja multi cooker and it’s the most used thing in my kitchen. I can never remember to get things into the slow cooker so the pressure cooker setting has been so amazing! I only wish I had two so I cook cook two things at once! Or maybe a spare small sized air fryer. Such a time saver on weekdays
J, I have a Ninja Foodi EPC, which replaces a Corsi one I had before and wore out, and I LOVE them! I cook in it constantly. I live in the Deep South and use it all summer to avoid heating up my kitchen and all winter just because it’s so easy to clean a pot than my stove and oven! I do the air fry stuff like chicken nuggets and fries, etc, and I use it for pot roast and stew, and for chili pot pie,and steaming veggies and reheating pizza. It bakes, broils, reheats, air fries, sautés, all in the pot, plus pressure cooks. Cannot recommend any brand enough just for ease of use and clean up. I have two inserts and use both constantly, maybe five or six days a week? All of it washes in dishwasher. I make rice, roast chicken, pot roast, stew, chili, tacos, beef stroganoff, chicken tenders, fries, chicken and dumplings, chicken Marsala, chicken cacciatore, fish, spaghetti, enchiladas, stock, Brussels sprouts, glazed carrots, hard boiled eggs, asparagus, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, cranberry chutney and sauce, the list is endless. Maybe all are not faster in terms of actual cooking time, but faster in terms of hands off time and heating up my kitchen time, and cleaning my kitchen time! I’d rather spend my time doing another dish, than baby sitting my dishes and cleaning. Strongly recommend!! Edited to add: cosori pot!
I'm an infrequent commentor but I must thank you for this video. This video is just what I needed. I had began to consider buying an Instant Pot when I heard it can make restaurant type taco meat. Ordinarily I take a strong stance against the latest and greatest kitchen gadget. The taco meat you made is just what I'm wanting to achieve. That's it...I'm buying an instant pot. Thanks Jen!
I do the same thing with all the bones and carcasses! I try to use everything. I even keep the bones that others have eaten directly off of and I make a bone broth for the dogs with those ones. I use my cuckoo rice cooker set to slow cooker mode because I don’t have an instant pot and my old slow cooker broke.
I must use my Instant Pot every day for somethng. Have made Macaroni & Cheese in it but haven’t done it in years. I cook pasta for 1 minute, quick release and it is perfect. I have several versions on my channel.
Another way to prevent the uneven cooking of the egg bites is to fill the egg bite pan a little less - put the egg mixture to halfway up the wells. They grow when steamed and that is why they came out weird. I have made egg bites so many times - I learned this lesson. Just a little note for more perfect egg bites.

I made yogurt before and really liked it. I also froze several of mine and that worked out really well.
Not sure if I can hang for the 2+ hours, but I will enjoy what 3 more beers will take me through!!

I'll try that next time, thanks!
Please do a instant pot for beginners
I could never get into my instantpot sadly, does anyone else struggle with this.
I love my Instant Pot. It’s the only way I make “boiled” eggs. I do have a friend, tho, who is scared to use hers, despite my encouragement. 🙄
YOU ARE A WIZ BANG! Wife, mom, nurse, sister.......all around wonder-full-ness, I made up that word just for you Jen ❤ see you soon
I was hoping for time stamps 😢
