Another great video. A tool that I find real handy is a 300mm steel rule ( haven’t found any shorter yet) one side is normal the other side has zero in the middle, great for getting things even from the middle.

Jesus ! I bet 5" into wrapping that handle you started thinking "Oh god, why did I choose this option? It's hard work and taking forever........ The effect better be worth it when I've finished !". :D When I saw the thumbnail I thought this was going to be some sort of decorative thing to hang up in the workshop, but bloody hell, it's actually a pretty solid lump of metal, and could actually be used as a sledgehammer. It seems to be something you could quite easily smash up concrete with....... Almost ironic really, considering it's made of concrete reinforcement bar. :D Nice work.

Another great project! I like the way you blended the handle wrap.. that turned out great! I think this is the first time I've seen you use a bench grinder though... usually its all hand tools.
