Thank you. I notice on your doors you move the recessed plates in the frame back and forward, whereas on mine you move the locking pin on the door edge. People should check what type they have and adjust to stop draughts.
Never thought that was the reason! Great tip thanks. Would love to see you do a video on draught seals i.e whats the best type of draught seal to buy, how to put them on etc
Great vids thanks. Both my screws on the plate have come off so my door is constantly wobbling. How do i replace the 2 screws (the ones you were adjusting). Thanks
A simply tip that will save a lot of money from heat loss ! Thank you for posting !

Thanks for the clear explanation. With older doors like mine, will first replace the rubber seals around the door and frame before doing this.

Excellent. Had no idea
Glad I could help
Nice tip but I am wondering if these adjustments might cause problems when the heat of summer arrives?
If it does you just adjust the lock back out again. I adjust mine all the time.
@@dereton33 I think you have subsidence
Hello matey, can you tell me if you can buy these as one of mine will not tighten up
I doubt it. There are so many different types.
Thanks for you help

I think this may be subsidence if your doors move.
