This week's video is a bit of a mashup. We rewound a bit to show our fun ride in Santa Cruz last weekend and then finished up with a chill trail run at Shevlin Park in Bend, and made coffee with a pourover for this month's TTL Coffee Project with Bonito Coffee Roasters.

Another great video. Love those weeks where we get every athlete's best mix, great bike footage run footage, and coffee of course, all set to superbly edited and well match music selections. Great week, my weekly training in the bag. My weekly TTL fix in the ag. In the UK most of the country comes alive once again tomorrow after almost 4 months of lockdown. So back to swim teaching the old and the young as our pools are finally opening again! some of my best-level kids have already dipped their toes into kids' triathlon racing. Had on my TTL hat at IM Galveston this weekend and ran into Lionel. He said I know that hat. I told him you have to be pretty fast to get one of these and he laughed.
I did Galvy this weekend too. Didn't spot any TTL gear but did chat with friends about the new water bottles coming out! Hope you had a great race. That swim wanted to murder me!

The coffee stuff is pretty neat. But can you do month sometime for people who just like to drink huge volumes of relatively inexpensive strong black coffee?!
Haha we’ll have to buy a drip coffee maker for that! Or maybe a cold brew.. that’s great bang for your buck with time

A quick tech question, what camera do you use when you're riding and do you attach it to the bike or your body ?
The reason is I'm coming to the US next year and doing a bike / road trip around as much of the US as I can.
