very interesting video as my ranger chatracter im researching currently has ruana, shortbow, tomahawk + knife dual wield..and a pack goat carring tarp and a thick blanket.....one thing you didnt show was any cooking vessels....
I'm rather late. I need to catch up on a few of your videos. I'm actually going to be using your videos to help keep me on task as I work on my own ranger setup this winter. I can't wait to see what all you do next.
Very nice gear. Unfortunately we can't see half of the gear, because the camera is just filming your upper body. Maybe you can redo a ranger set video. I would appreciate it. ;)
You actually shot your camera LOL that is a really awesome gear set, nicely done, and I wear a cloak on the outside of a hood too, it just seems to work better :) I might have mentioned it already but have you ever seen the Middle earth ranger forum? the guys over there do more serious real world survival stuff instead of LARP, but because of the kit you have made and the trial and testing in weather conditions etc... you have done, I think you might find that forum interesting, it might be worth a look?
Of course, I was aiming for the camera. At twenty meters with larp arrows, that's not an easy shot. I have seen the middle earth ranger forum, when I was doing research for my builds. But I'm just no reading forums anymore in general. There are many great outdoor youtube channels though. I plan to make a few outdoor videos with this gear myself. Just have to find the time.
