    I think that it’s too
    Much practice like robots it’s not good for their physical health and mental health as we saw on all the great swimmers as Phelps lochty shmidt peaty and etc.
    I think good parents need to stop their kids from doing these because it’s way too much and the winning 🥇 one or two minutes on the podium doesn’t worth to lose your mental health and your physical health

      I swim 6 days a week, and sure it mentally challenging, anything can be metally challenging. But to be honest swim doesn’t really cause me to have bad mental health, it actually fixes it. I come out of swimming better than i did going into it. Its always been my favorite thing everyday and i have been swimming for many years. If swimmibg is forced however, thats when its bad for you. Swimming shouldn’t be a forced activity you should do it because you want to. Im sure many of the swimmers are swimming that much because it is what makes them happy
