You know, if women and/or men in my country would/will do that (scamming), I will feel very low and rotten being a fellow country person of them. When will it stop? They are poor because of the sub-standard (below par) education-system in PH. Plus being religious (on the surface only) doesnt make them better off. And if the PH culture is so damn good then why does nobody benefit from that culture?
Everybody is scammed, it is just whether you know it or not and how far you let it go. Even the best woman in the Philippines will do this for small things occasionally, as it is the nature of life in a very poor country where you have to save face. Instead of pressing them and cutting off your lovin and making them look bad, it is sometimes better to let them walk away with an extra $20 for her poor sick dog that got hit by the scooter. I've been there numerous times. And over time you learn to read the girls. Some of the women scammers you can notice right away. We call them buy me girls. Meaning as you walk down the street with her she's asking you to buy her something at every store you pass. If this ever happens just walk away. The issue i found was not with the missus, but with the family and you have to learn quickly to put your foot down and just say "NO!" when they start asking for handouts for various reasons. It's about establishing boundaries and limits. If you don't, you're setting yourself up for a world of hassle!

This is a terrific primer! I have been on a couple of dating apps. I have talked with dozens upon dozens of women. Virtually 100%, by day 2 at the latest, are asking for load, a new phone, or food for their hungry children. Then, as Mike says, come the emergencies, usually involving a phantom, sick relative. Also, often, they are very clever to not blatantly ask for money. Instead, they will tell you that they are very sad, or feeling stressed. Naturally, you ask why? I would say that from experience Japan and Singapore are great countries to find a partner. Some Polynesian countries are laid back. I've dated many beautiful Maori women, they're like Filipinas but more shapely if she's fit. Polynesian women are very family oriented and much more direct. Also down to earth, I've always enjoyed having conversations with them.

The ladie said 300 pesos , because it was late so l left . Now l sated watched this video and stop , then went back to the same salon and got the job done , when finished l asked how much and she said 400 . I told her that 2 days ago you told me 300 . And that idiot tried to justify by saying it's 200 for the foot scrap and 100 for the food nail plus 100 for then manicure . I laughed and told them it's not right , it's because l'm a foreigner . I told them that l Hurd saying to the ladie before me 180 , why are you abusing foreigners l asked . They were a little embarrassed , so l paid the 400 and left . Absolutely agree. Luckily, my wife wasn't like that. I remember i actually tried sending her money, and she straight up refused to take it. We've been together for 6 years now. Have a baby together and living a beautiful life. Even to this day, she has a hard time accepting money. I had to trap her in the mall a couple of months ago and wouldn't let her leave until she got a couple of new dresses. But, I was scammed hard by the 1st Filipina I ever talked to.

Another time I was propositioned for marriage by a massage girl. She wanted $30,000 for a house, $30,000 for a car and $30,000 for a dowry. I asked if I would get free massages she said no that will be extra, not sure if she was joking.
This video is solid advice and I think it's a winner. Through nothing but sheer luck, meeting my Filipina wife back in 1979 has worked out great. There's no secret to it. I did everything "wrong" that a young sailor could do. We married within six months of meeting, I brought her to the US a year later, we lived and raised a family over the next 39 years, and we retired here to the Philippines in 2019. We've been married for over 45 years and life is good. As with any marriage we've had our ups and downs, but I was lucky not to have met a scammer, instead being with someone that wanted to make it work, and willing to put in the effort. I'm one lucky dude. Here's to hoping that your viewers can be just as fortunate.
One of the hard rules every man should follow is do not send any money to her until you meet. Then once face to face, only pay for things that directly involve him while he is with her. The initial talking period online is to get to know each other. To be fair, If he is not willing to get on a plane and see her within a few months, then he shouldn’t be online in the first place. Some of these LDR’s go on for years.
Well, there are exceptions, too. I am a lucky guy with an honest Filipina lady. Few years ago my lady invited me to see a piece of raw land of her family, the size about half of a football field. It was MY idea: "Why not build a house there?" I have had some savings (stocks), enough to build a simple house, not yet enough for house and lot. So we started to build and moved in even before it was completed, no glass in the windows, just to save money otherwise spent for the rental of my condo. Now the windows are finished, the walls are painted, in the garden we harvest bananas and vegetables, some chicken give eggs. 😊
Attractive women cost time and money. In the Philippines there are limited ways to escape poverty. This sets up an easy trap to fall into as a man. Never send money to anyone and expect to get anything in return. If you can accept that than you might be helping someone or you might be a useful idiot. Until you actually meet someone you only have a relationship in your head. Even after you meet her, there are more things going on that you will never truly understand as poverty creates a scarcity mindset just as loneliness does. You creating a stable environment is your greatest asset. Sure your girlfriend or wife may still care for you and or love you but stability is the rock that the relationship rest on.
Think about it like this. No young girl really wants an old man anyway, especially one from the first world who plans on moving to the third world, because he is too poor in his own country to take her back there, maybe even too poor to continue living there by himself in a retired state. What they really want is to get swept off their feet versus just living in a better state of poverty in where they've always lived. Perhaps they would settle on age of a move to the first world was part of the deal. So if they have to continue to live in their own country, and just do so on your money with a native boyfriend and just give you the virtual experience, they are fine with that and getting your money just becomes their job. It's really no different than a woman in a strip club looking for lonely customers that will fund her lifestyle versus the ones that just tip and go. So what so many of these guys are looking for is a needle in a haystack situation. Good luck with that.

I had a girlfriend from South America that didn't work out so I started writing to a Filipino who is working in China. She can't use Skype without a VPN in that country and she said she wouldn't use a VPN because it's against the law. I quit writing to that one and another one wrote to me who is also working as a nurse in China but she has VPN and we finally had a chance to talk and see each other. Her contract is up early next year and I plan on having her visit me in the USA. Then we'll see how well we get along. She said she will work as a nurse here if she can find a job. OK I was married to a Filipina for 25 years She had a very good job and sent a whole lot of money to her family. When we went there I never saw much improvement in the lifestyle except they all were fat. She was 6 years younger than me. If anyone thinks a Filipina 10 -30 years younger really finds you attractive good luck. When you realize it's about the money you will be better off. I think the real issue for a lot of men that come here and Thailand is the lack of attention back home for years. As soon as they get off the plane they are hit with smiles and attention. I tell her all the time I was paying attention to how she interacted with her family as much as how we interacted. We video chat almost 24 hours a day. That is not an exaggeration. I traveled there in January of 2024 and met her in person. Then I traveled back in September and stayed longer and met her family, extended family, friends, old teachers, etc. Rule #4, we discussed our past relationships, what we are each looking for in a future relationships, why are past relationships didn't work out, family issues, family deaths, past childhood, likes and dislikes, etc. Get her story is much more than a one time conversation and it has to be reciprocated. You know, if women and/or men in my country would/will do that (scamming), I will feel very low and rotten being a fellow country person of them. When will it stop? They are poor because of the sub-standard (below par) education-system in PH. Plus being religious (on the surface only) doesnt make them better off. And if the PH culture is so damn good then why does nobody benefit from that culture?
Everybody is scammed, it is just whether you know it or not and how far you let it go. Even the best woman in the Philippines will do this for small things occasionally, as it is the nature of life in a very poor country where you have to save face. Instead of pressing them and cutting off your lovin and making them look bad, it is sometimes better to let them walk away with an extra $20 for her poor sick dog that got hit by the scooter. The secret to love in the Philippines is to set a walk away threshold and do it without looking back.
I've been there numerous times. And over time you learn to read the girls. Some of the women scammers you can notice right away. We call them buy me girls. Meaning as you walk down the street with her she's asking you to buy her something at every store you pass. If this ever happens just walk away. Same thing online if you've never met her in person never ever send them money ever!Then you have other girls that will play the long game. They are a little harder to spot. So just take it slow and time will tell. Their's no rush.

Another great messages! Heard this so many times. Arrogance and ego is huge part of this. Living in deprivation in the US sets these guys up to fail. I have told guys I met and asked me for advice, there is only two speeds to dating, slow and stop. They rarely listen and the consequences are brutal, marrying someone in a week and not knowing the woman, her family, her additions, her unstable emotional health, her controlling and manipulating ways. One of my best attributes in my life has been learning from others mistakes. I also heed my advice and go slow or stop. I met a Filipina who was a couple of years younger than me and, eventually, we married and our son is now 28 years old. She was working abroad in the country where I was working, here in Asia, so we never had the long-distance thing. And, of course, I was a lot younger than those who's first experience out here is when they retire. The issue i found was not with the missus, but with the family and you have to learn quickly to put your foot down and just say "NO!" when they start asking for handouts for various reasons. It's about establishing boundaries and limits. If you don't, you're setting yourself up for a world of hassle!

You are speaking solid truths. Guys need to think with their upper head. I know it’s difficult. Trust me I know, and I’ve made my share of mistakes in the past. I’ve not purchased any cars, motorbikes or houses, but I’ll admit I sent $20 for load, $30 for groceries, $50 for school supplies…but thankfully that was pre-pandemic on my part. Live and learn…

This is a terrific primer! I have been on a couple of dating apps. I have talked with dozens upon dozens of women.
Virtually 100%, by day 2 at the latest, are asking for load, a new phone, or food for their hungry children. Then, as Mike says, come the emergencies, usually involving a phantom, sick relative.
Also, often, they are very clever to not blatantly ask for money. Instead, they will tell you that they are very sad, or feeling stressed. Naturally, you ask why? Then comes the tale of woe: she can’t pay her rent; her son is in the hospital with dengue; her dentures broke….. I have heard them all.

My wife died of cancer 2 1/2 years ago . A girl that found me on Facebook was 45/years old , so I thought she was mature enough for me. I’m 72. She claimed she had cysts on her breasts,and maybe cancer in one breast. After sending her $4,300 for cancer surgery, she sent me a message that maybe I should forget about her, along with a ten second video of some ugly guy performing oral sex on her. I got very drunk that day.

I would say that from experience Japan and Singapore are great countries to find a partner. Some Polynesian countries are laid back. I've dated many beautiful Maori women, they're like Filipinas but more shapely if she's fit. Polynesian women are very family oriented and much more direct. Also down to earth, I've always enjoyed having conversations with them.

If a guy did this to us that is what we would call him. We would have no sympathy because he has kids to feed, or is poor, etc... Maybe an unpopular opinion, but this is the best video you have put out in a long time. Helpful and not soft like other videos. I always get tired of hearing "my girl is different".... It maybe true (10-20%), but usually isn't. Guys jump in too fast. They need to learn the long game and not think with the wrong part of the body. Guys need to wake up. If you want long term success living in PI, you have to look after yourself first and set boundaries. Know what you want and stick to it and you won't get played.

Great video , l'm in the Philippines and l get scammed all the time , all day long . 2 days ago , l walked to a hair salon and asked how much to do my pedicure and manicure . The ladie said 300 pesos , because it was late so l left .
Now l sated watched this video and stop , then went back to the same salon and got the job done , when finished l asked how much and she said 400 . I told her that 2 days ago you told me 300 . And that idiot tried to justify by saying it's 200 for the foot scrap and 100 for the food nail plus 100 for then manicure . I laughed and told them it's not right , it's because l'm a foreigner . I told them that l Hurd saying to the ladie before me 180 , why are you abusing foreigners l asked . They were a little embarrassed , so l paid the 400 and left . I came back and finished this video . Look like everyone trying to scam foreigners here . The hole country it's a mess .

Getting scammed is not the biggest problem. The problem is too much $ and too long. Guys should cut the cord as soon as they are scammed for the smallest amount and never repeat the same mistake

Absolutely agree. Luckily, my wife wasn't like that. I remember i actually tried sending her money, and she straight up refused to take it. We've been together for 6 years now. Have a baby together and living a beautiful life. Even to this day, she has a hard time accepting money. I had to trap her in the mall a couple of months ago and wouldn't let her leave until she got a couple of new dresses.
But, I was scammed hard by the 1st Filipina I ever talked to.

Also, why you need to protect yourself with prenuptial agreements. If you do feel the woman is possibly out to get you, it is best to never buy a house either. Just rent. Then, if things dont work out after 10+ years, you don't have to worry about losing your house or your wealth.

"Start small" Not so sure I have had women ask me after a massage for $300 to visit her parents in the village a bus ticket would cost about $6 and a new motor bike because 'boyfriend no good'.
Another time I was propositioned for marriage by a massage girl. She wanted $30,000 for a house, $30,000 for a car and $30,000 for a dowry.
I asked if I would get free massages she said no that will be extra, not sure if she was joking.

This video is solid advice and I think it's a winner. Through nothing but sheer luck, meeting my Filipina wife back in 1979 has worked out great. There's no secret to it. I did everything "wrong" that a young sailor could do. We married within six months of meeting, I brought her to the US a year later, we lived and raised a family over the next 39 years, and we retired here to the Philippines in 2019. We've been married for over 45 years and life is good. As with any marriage we've had our ups and downs, but I was lucky not to have met a scammer, instead being with someone that wanted to make it work, and willing to put in the effort. I'm one lucky dude. Here's to hoping that your viewers can be just as fortunate.

One of the hard rules every man should follow is do not send any money to her until you meet. Then once face to face, only pay for things that directly involve him while he is with her. The initial talking period online is to get to know each other. To be fair, If he is not willing to get on a plane and see her within a few months, then he shouldn’t be online in the first place. Some of these LDR’s go on for years.

Well, there are exceptions, too. I am a lucky guy with an honest Filipina lady. Few years ago my lady invited me to see a piece of raw land of her family, the size about half of a football field. It was MY idea: "Why not build a house there?" I have had some savings (stocks), enough to build a simple house, not yet enough for house and lot. So we started to build and moved in even before it was completed, no glass in the windows, just to save money otherwise spent for the rental of my condo. Now the windows are finished, the walls are painted, in the garden we harvest bananas and vegetables, some chicken give eggs. 😊
Attractive women cost time and money. In the Philippines there are limited ways to escape poverty. This sets up an easy trap to fall into as a man. Never send money to anyone and expect to get anything in return. If you can accept that than you might be helping someone or you might be a useful idiot. Until you actually meet someone you only have a relationship in your head. Even after you meet her, there are more things going on that you will never truly understand as poverty creates a scarcity mindset just as loneliness does. You creating a stable environment is your greatest asset. Sure your girlfriend or wife may still care for you and or love you but stability is the rock that the relationship rest on.

Think about it like this. No young girl really wants an old man anyway, especially one from the first world who plans on moving to the third world, because he is too poor in his own country to take her back there, maybe even too poor to continue living there by himself in a retired state.
What they really want is to get swept off their feet versus just living in a better state of poverty in where they've always lived. Perhaps they would settle on age of a move to the first world was part of the deal.
So if they have to continue to live in their own country, and just do so on your money with a native boyfriend and just give you the virtual experience, they are fine with that and getting your money just becomes their job. It's really no different than a woman in a strip club looking for lonely customers that will fund her lifestyle versus the ones that just tip and go.
So what so many of these guys are looking for is a needle in a haystack situation. Good luck with that.

If you are old and she is significantly younger, it is just one thing involved MONEY 💰. She loves your money, not you! Maybe you are a funny guy, maybe you are smart, maybe you are good, but your money and the life you can provide is a king. Another way is just utopia!
Guys who haven’t been burned by these girls or any woman. My burning came from a woman here in Texas. I never knew there were people walking this earth who will pretend love with you knowing you are sincere and they are not. Few things are more evil and heartless than pretend you love someone knowing they really love you. I didn’t know such evil existed to be honest. And I’m not jaded because of it. But I know immediately they are not right for me if they aren’t equal or at least self sufficient.
It may sound cold hearted but there are good women out there but they are fewer it’s just the truth. To be nieve isn’t love at all. Love is patient first of all and these fakes are going to hit you up for money or goods very soon. So when it happens don’t take it personal and find someone who can date for at least a year with no money or goods going to them.

I had a girlfriend from South America that didn't work out so I started writing to a Filipino who is working in China. She can't use Skype without a VPN in that country and she said she wouldn't use a VPN because it's against the law. I quit writing to that one and another one wrote to me who is also working as a nurse in China but she has VPN and we finally had a chance to talk and see each other. Her contract is up early next year and I plan on having her visit me in the USA. Then we'll see how well we get along. She said she will work as a nurse here if she can find a job. Nurses get paid quite a bit in this country, enough to where they can raise a family without a guy but that's not what she wants. She says she's waiting to give love to the right man. That's where we are at now. Time will tell if this works out. She doesn't ask for money and doesn't need it but I can't understand how anyone can work 16 hours a day. That's how they have to work in China. 😞 No live in nurse in this country has to work a 16 hour shift.

How can we "own" property in the Philippines! All the property my wife (ex-wife) and I owned... was given to her in divorce court because I was told I can't be on the title (as an ex-pat, US Citizen)!
Most of these girls are on the make the same in Thailand some guy falls in love with a bar girl never looking beyond the pretty face and the body. Net result in most cases disaster both financially and emotionally.

OK I was married to a Filipina for 25 years She had a very good job and sent a whole lot of money to her family. When we went there I never saw much improvement in the lifestyle except they all were fat. She was 6 years younger than me. If anyone thinks a Filipina 10 -30 years younger really finds you attractive good luck. When you realize it's about the money you will be better off. I am not saying its not worth it but buyer beware.

Just think about in the USA how men get legally scammed after a divorce. I’ll take my chances with a Filipina any day because if I’m being scammed at least they do it with kindness. Great video. I believe that I did find the right one. Since we have been together she has introduced me to all her family and co-workers even the managers at the healthcare facility she works in. After watching and listening to many videos like this one and reading the comments. , I’m convinced and it’s confirmed that most women are the same , no matter what country. , language, culture, race, color, big, small, fat, chubby, slim, thin, old , Young rich , poor, it’s all the same deal one way or another in different ways, etc. I just rather. , visit the Philippines for a month at a time on / off , rent out a luxurious hotel, in the city, be totally up front with her and not beat around the bush, get to the point and let her know that you’re here for yourself, not for her. I would just chill.,Talk, take walks, go out to eat in nice restaurants and take a nice boat ride to see the beautiful views and relax and just have a nice cool time, would tell her. Look babe, I’m not in love with you, I don’t want to marry you. , I don’t want yo visit your family ( maybe a few friends, depending ) But this is gonna be a one on one thing, just you and me , I’ll pay 💰 for the food. Travel and whatever I want to do, she can come for the free ride with me, and when it’s over, and you make me feel good being with you with no dramas, traumas or BS, don’t bug me for nothing, just go with the flow and we’re gonna be alright, if she says yes to my request and desires then good. , I’ll keep in touch with her for the next thrill and adventures. Rule number one online, never send money. Rule number two, any girl that asks you for money is not legit. Rule number 3 always video chat.. rule number 4, get her story. Rule number 5 meet her family by video... I met my fiance online, we spoke online for 6 months before meeting in person. We have been together for 2 years and couldn't be happier. I tell her all the time I was paying attention to how she interacted with her family as much as how we interacted. We video chat almost 24 hours a day. That is not an exaggeration. I traveled there in January of 2024 and met her in person. Then I traveled back in September and stayed longer and met her family, extended family, friends, old teachers, etc. Rule #4, we discussed our past relationships, what we are each looking for in a future relationships, why are past relationships didn't work out, family issues, family deaths, past childhood, likes and dislikes, etc. Get her story is much more than a one time conversation and it has to be reciprocated. HC is the Key! Honest Communication! Sometimes you both don't want the same thing. You have to be honest with each other about that and decide if either of you can compromise or not.
