Its called Chowmein' On the package it says Guyanese chowmein. You can find it mainly in Caribbean stores. Some supermarkets as well carry it(stop &shop, Shop rite)

Yes! Soy sauce can be used. Also burnt sugar, or browning sauce. Just be mindful on the amounts you put. It’s best to put a little at first. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching 💞
