The part about Sheldon being sick makes me thankful that I appreciate the people who have taken care of me. For example, I once got really bad cramps and vomiting while my parents were away on vacation. I told my best friend that I was ill. Instead of her canceling our night together(she stayed with me so I wouldn’t be lonely). She went to the store and got me some soup, crackers and ginger ale. I thanked her and appreciated what she did for me.
That is a true friend. Being someone who's never had one of them I'm a bit jealous. But so happy there are people out there that truly care about their friends

She was a savage. Also Amy has the best character arc among the women while Bernadette just stayed a sociopath and Penny became a mean narcissistic jerk.
I dont think its savage, its moreso just downright cruel...but what shocked me the most was the scene where Penny tried to take the last dumpling...Sheldon said the last dumpling in Thailand is usually served for the most important person...she took it anyway and said "thank you all for this high honor" ...to which Sheldon said "I've seen pictures of your mother, keep eating"
Years later we see her mother, who's slim.
It was pretty excessive of him, especially over a dumpling. 🙁

The funny thing is about Leonard's opinion of Penny's writing is that for some reason he doesn't seem to "get it" that people don't start out being "good" at something the first time they do it. One doesn't go to school because one is _already_ educated; one goes to school to _get_ educated.

@@shanlijerome2736 - Um, with respect, I disagree. Of course, some people have a natural skill that is only improved on by education. Others have small natural ability that can become highly skilled once education puts on its polish. And some have no skill at all, and education can't improve it. I've seen all three kinds at work. I remember my first composition class as a Freshman in university. At the beginning, we had a whole bunch who couldn't write their way out of wet paper bag. By the end, most had made significant improvement.
What's the point of going to college if improvement isn't possible?

Imagine a world where "Penny" Is "Billie (since they are played by the same actress) from Charmed. The final battle is over, the Halliwells have moved on with there lives, Billie is still stricken with grief by her killing her sisters, stripped away her charmed powers, and moved to Pasadena. Changed her name to "Penny" since that was the Halliwells grandmother's name. And her family are just actors she hired to keep up appearances since her mother, father, and only sister died. Also when Penny never has a last name.
Actually, Penny did have a last name. It was sneakily revealed in the Season 2 episode "The Work Song Nanocluster" when Sheldon delivered a package to her. The package was supplies for her "Penny Blossoms" hair barrettes. Her full name, Penny Teller, is on the package.
Sheldon’s ‘non sensitiveness’ is what made this show a huge success agree or not! We all love to see him go on and be himself 😊❤️

Priya was horrible, and that story arch lasted waaayyy too long.
People seem so intelligent, it’s hard for them to complement or empathize with others. I guess that’s the case for Sheldon.

I'm the exact opposite. The longer the show went on, the more and more I disliked the character to where I couldn't stand him.
Sheldon, Penny, Raj got worse over time while Howard, Amy and even Leonard got better. Some characters just regressed

All his life he was allowed to hurt people. This is unacceptable on so many levels. The enabling of Sheldon's behavior began at a young age. In Young Sheldon, Mary gets a disturbing phone call: A 16 year old girl at their high school has tragically died in an automobile accident. Lots of tears; even Georgie is shook up. Not Sheldon. His response: " So, have you decided who is taking me to Radio Shack"? Unacceptable, yet tolerated because he is "special".

Sheldon is definitely on the autism spectrum but he also can be salty. His character is hilarious (though he’s taken it way too far). I think sometimes he knows he’s being mean and sometimes he doesn’t. Autism doesn’t make someone nicer or meaner.
