I think good recipe ito, kasi walang extenders, unlike others they put cake flour, very straight forward recipe. I will definite do it, kasi I can see how truly passionate the chef is, ang tyaga niyang pinag aralan kahit bihasa na niyang ginagawa ang cheesecake. Kaya hands down to you Kuya Boyet, di mo pinagdamot yung hirap at pagod sa riresearch to make the ideal burnt basque gooey cheesecake. 😊
I tried baking this 2 yrs ago but I used Chef RV's recipe. But now I discovered this new recipe by Chef Boyet, definitely I'll be baking this on my husband's birthday nxt wk. Thanks, Chef!🤗
I did this! It was so yummy! I added a blueberry on top. Paglabas ko ng ref ubos agad 😂 hndi vanilla flavor yung nabili kong youghurt plain lang so what i did is i added vanilla extract instead.

Hindi kasi na a-achieve ng Oven ko ang sunog na part like burn basque cheesecake. 😩 Nag fail ako sa unang subok ko ayoko ng ulitin. Pero gusto ko itry yung recipe for ordinary method lang like for example parang New York cheesecake ganon po. Pwede kaya? 😩🥹
