I've never heard of it being made with boiled eggs. Interesting. Was it gritty or sandy with the eggs being cooked? I used regular mustard before and it tasted fine. I made it once before and used a strong tasting olive oil it tasted so bad I had to dump it. Now I have a very light tasting olive oil. Thanks for sharing. 🌈
Serena, I had never heard of it being made with boiled eggs either but I heard a lot of mixed reviews on making it with the raw eggs. If you don't do it just so it doesn't turn out. At first it was a little gritty so I kept blending until it smoothed out. Next time I will use less mustard and leave out the onion and garlic powder I think to see how the flavor is. Do you make your own Mayonnaise? Thanks for watching!
