Here in the USA, even AI generated images of those under age are illegal if they depect certain acts. That seems like the perfect solution here, prosecute those who made
, distributed, downloaded, or viewed these images. They do that to adults that view such material. I'd argue that even if it does not 'depect' the specific acts that make it illegal, the teenager boys' motivation is specifically motivated by that act, thus making it an image of the act and is illegal. Certainly, these boys would think of the act when looking at these images while self pleasuring making these images of the act.

Indeed, not only do they bring such obvious downsides such as those highlighted by 60 Minutes - they take away much too valuable time. In fact, teens on average spend 8.5 hours each day in front of screens, not accounting for classwork, with the overwhelming majority of that being on their phones. Moreover, there is a direct and strong link between long phone usage and depression. Hence, there are considerable downsides, and admittedly, when compared to computers, not that many upsides.

Talk about fumbling a delicate situation......Yah. 1 day suspension vs. lasting humiliation for the duration of ur highschool years. Not quite the same...Public education adminsitrators continue to be the dimmest bulbs in the box. What happened to teaching kids accountability..? U Know...A formal apology, community service, and community service to the victims. Maybe some added assignments from their least favorite courses. U know...to keep them too busy from doing it again. Or give them the option to let the girls set the punishment, and the boys have to decide which consequences to accept.

The address you went to in Argentina worked as a TH-cam channel? That's very close to the job of what you suspected. It's a 100% hit. That is them.

Share this. Parents need to know what's happening with their children's pictures. DO NOT post pictures of your children. I know you're proud of your babies as I am mine but in this day and age, you cannot trust an innocent picture to not be manipulated on the internet. Stop posting them.

If you know the boy who was suspended file a lawsuit against his family. If you go in the pockets and the BS will stop. The school should have expelled the student.

@@georgedunkelberg5004 Not sure what you're getting at but this seems like two different things. The girl wasn't nude in the photo and someone altered the photo and kept her face and sent it around making everyone think it was her. Without consent that's a lawsuit.

I've been saying this but I'm so grateful I grew up without internet. We got it while I was in high school and that was bad enough, thankfully then not everyone had them and cell phones didn't really have internet then. We pretty much had pagers.

AI misuse is only going to grow. Severe penalties and implementation of the same by law enforcement, is imperative!
Listening to how poorly the school handled this makes me mad. Mad enough to suggest that the wronged girls do the same to pics of these sick-minded boys and in fact ensure the exposed parts are not very complimentary!!
