For the zap cannon hit: Snow cloak gives +1 evasiveness so it is +25%, brightpowder boosts by +10% so it is a total of 35% increase. Zap cannon has a 50% chance of hitting. So 0.5*0.35 = 0.175 = 17.5% of hitting chance. Also factoring Beb's luck, it gives a boost of x5 in accuracy for zap cannon to hit from an opponent so it is a 87.5% accuracy. So not that low

Froslass is my favorite Ice Type Pokemon. I used her as part of my Ice Mono team. I named her Blizzaria like in Yokai Watch if anyone knows what that is.

Froslass has been my favorite pokemon since I saw it back when it came out. I do have a lot of favorite ice types though, like Glaceon, Delibird and the Spheal line.

With their unexpected return in the Indigo Disk, would you ever consider trying a team of all Minior, each with a different core color? I've never seen it in use so I have no idea how good or bad it is in battle, but I'm sure you could make it work.
I always have an Ice Type in my playthroughs, when I noticed this I realized it is my favorite type. Froslass was in my team in Platinum

Cursed Booty: If the Pokemon gets infatuated by an opposing Pokemon the infatuation doesn't work whereas the opposing Pokemon receives 1/8 of its hp reduced every turn.

Second team was a yoshi's island theme team. Yoshi's island was on the SNES then remade for the 3ds I believe
