I was talking to this dude I was just meeting at school and I had been trying to skateboard at that time so I asked if he skated and he said, “I in-line skate sometimes.” He said it like he hadn’t been in-line skating for 3 years and owns a rail, we went street skating and he was amazing.
really, cool, do you have any details about him? I come from a skiing/snowboarding background and might pick up agressive inline as an off-season hobby. Stuff like season edits or at least his name so I can search up his skiing.
Thank you so much for uploading this video! I am a beginner at aggressive inline skating and these tutorials have really helped me learn how exactly to do the basic necessities of aggressive skating. Thanks again :)
I have to admit this, but at first; I thought that this tutorial was going to be really bad- much like how I thought about other tutorials. But this video is really useful! I've never really noticed how much easier it is to follow instructions the way that this video has shown, and has made my life a lot easier for when I start again :D Thanks
i'm gonna start getting back into skating after 10 years. Originally I was going to sub this channel for the vids, but I think now I'm going to sub for the comebacks!
Hey man great vid I have been inclining for a fair while and I am getting my first pair of aggressively this weekend you have given me some great tips. Your Rems are sick I'm getting a pair ofmos4's to start on
were you scared the first time on a ramp? how did you get over that fear? and maybe make a video on how to get over the fear and how to fall correctly?
idk y u guys hating on this kid, this vid helps, yea im new to skating but we all were new at some point so if some1 wants to help some of us get better let him n if u think ur a pro skater u shouldnt b on this vid
Okay, hey guys, it's me! I've noticed the video a lot more popular lately, so I've got a pretty good list of things I'm gonna include in the next video. Now I know I've said this before!! But this weekend will most likely be the weekend when we finally get a good INTERMEDIATE tutorial up and on! It's been a while since we skated but I think we've got enough experience in the past to get the details in. HOPEFUL TOPICS: Boxes; Vert; Spins; Launch ramps; and fakie! We'll see what happens I guess :)
I was watching this video bc I skate and I want my brother who does aggressive inline to be able to drop in. And the video is at my local skatepark! If the guy who made this video sees this, the wawa park rocks!!
nice vids man i used to skate a while ago but they were the crappy skates that u just ride on......im just starting on the aggressive skates i havent bought a pair yet but plan to very soon im going to sub to you and your going to keep making these tutorials as well ;) you make nice vids man and im sure they will all help me keep it up bro
Awesome tut, this coming from a 30yr old who has just got back onto blades after a few years. You have cleared some stuff up for me nice one. Just an idea try doing the voice over explaining things bit seperatly if you can as you are losing a lot due to wind and ambient sound. Other than that keep up the good work and as for the idiots that are slagging you off ignore them they aint worth it kidda. Cheers
I first started learning by sitting on the coping with my feet on the ramp and dropping in while sitting down. You have to put a little more effort in leaning forward but that was the easiest way for me to learn. It's not as scary when your sitting down because your not as high up. Once your comfortable with that, try to drop in while standing up.
dis is wat i call a perfect tutorial :) ;) im an 18 year old nd i feel embarrassed infrnt of kids on blades wen i see em doin relly well :P newez...could u plz tell me how much time does it take on average to get relly well on aggressive skating nd how much do i have to practice per day? ... :)
You're pretty good. I wish I could advance but I live in a part of Long Island that has no skateparks. I need to move back to the Bronx if I want to get better
@inlinesk8terboy i find it to be the complete oposite. you are very confident making this video in front of a full skatepark. and you are not one of the oldest. no you are good guy! we see that you master what you teach.
I wish my city held a skating park that could offer kids who skate and inline. I'm so inspired by the culture and I have been finding a real strong passion to want to do aggressive inlining. Or at least somewhere near, but of corse that's not likely and it wouldn't be as convenient if it wasn't even close either. I love the video. It will deff. give me some help if I ever have the chance to do what you do. Your lucky man, and keep going at it! Have any suggestions of what kind of skates to buy?
1. is that a camp woodward sticker on your helmet? if so was the camp cool? 2. how do you do more grinds and stalls on the half pipe? i have tried for a while but i cant lock in 3. great video
hey man. I was kinda on the the same lines a month ago (Started roughly 3 months ago). What I found is to turn just step gradually left or right. For stops drag your weaker foot behind your stronger foot or just take to the knees if you have pads. Hope this helped :)
hi kid nice video that you posted i see many people disgusting how bad it is but i can say as a inliner 2 that you make a good video for beginners what every fool can read in the title, your doing a good job, keep on skating mate
Thanks man it means a lot! So I couldn't give much of an accurate result because it took me 7 years or so to get remotely good (I started when I was 3) but I'd say if you're fairly atheletic it would only take a year or so of vigorous practice to get good, and maybe 2 years of easy going practice. But you've gotta keep up with it or it could take a lot longer! Good luck :)
Great video:) Funny to watch:D. It reminds me how many years its been since i started with aggressive inline:) But i have one question for you:) Would you not say that Soul is easier than Makio?:) Its much easier to hold the balance when doing soul since you have more of the weight centered on the curb.. :) Funny video anyway:D
In short, yes, it will make grinding a little more difficult(though not impossible). You might try removing the middle wheels of your skates and just grinding through the frame. It used to work sort of ok for me. Drops in's will only be effected right at the top, since "locking in" to the coping will be more difficult, after that it's arguably the same.
I'm just starting and would you recommend getting quads or 2s with grinds like yours? i don't have a park close to me so would it even make sense to get a pair with grind slots?
good video, i feel like im watching a 90's video tape in school lol
I was talking to this dude I was just meeting at school and I had been trying to skateboard at that time so I asked if he skated and he said, “I in-line skate sometimes.” He said it like he hadn’t been in-line skating for 3 years and owns a rail, we went street skating and he was amazing.

Very nice tutorial. You are the only one i have seen walk through the step by step of learning a new trick. I hope you are still out there skating.
Great tutorials. Now out to the park to try it out. Thanks.
This is one of the best 'instruction' videos I have seen for inlines. Thansk lil buddy!
Nice style and really good tuto, thank's!
Since this is 7 years old I wonder how good the boy is by now...
he went on to become a pro/sponsored skier IIRC
bs
really, cool, do you have any details about him? I come from a skiing/snowboarding background and might pick up agressive inline as an off-season hobby.
Stuff like season edits or at least his name so I can search up his skiing.

I have to admit this, but at first; I thought that this tutorial was going to be really bad- much like how I thought about other tutorials. But this video is really useful! I've never really noticed how much easier it is to follow instructions the way that this video has shown, and has made my life a lot easier for when I start again :D Thanks

Been skateboarding for 18 years and when i got into inline 3 years ago it all came natural
