Alhamdolillah, great to listen Jawaid Saheb a well experienced and highly learned professional. He schooled in Cantonment High School Hyderabad. Where I matriculated in 1970. 💐
Host had intriguing questions and guest was immensely knowledgeable and experienced to respond to them.

Very informative interview. One thing where Javaid sahib showed his Mohajirs bias is the quota system in Sindh only. He is unaware of KPK system where to get into Medical or Engineering colleges every District has its own Merit. So if you are from Peshawar District your competition is among the students from Peshawar District not with the one from a backward area with less facilities. Mohajirs from the get go gave the rest of Pakistani’s the perception “ HUM NAY BAREE QURBANEE DEE” . False perception which worked but the reality is Mohajirs were opportunists as they were the only educated class in west Pakistan and got hold of all elite positions in the newly formed country. Imposed their language URDU on Pakistan ( major reason of breakup of Pakistan) ……Bengali’s were 57% and majority population were shocked and then in the recorded history of the world a Majority population took independence from a Minority West Pakistan. We in USA came here for a better life with more opportunities. What if we start telling people in USA we gave QURBANI by immigrating to USA , people will laugh at us. S Mohajirs never gave Qurbani rather migrated to Pakistan to Rule the locals. Now they have to compete with rest of the people and that is not sitting well with them. Please be honest .

In whole episode the old executive just bragged about his company's achievements and personal accolades, did not find anything relevance to the thumbnail. All he means, he means business and there are countless alikes, unable to comprehend why the podcast was on such promotional activity.
