hey Sylvie just want to say ure videos are awesome. the commentary is a breath of fresh to technique videos and especially your fight videos. keep it up 🙂🙂🙂🙂💪💪💪
I just really got into Muay Thai last March. Absolutely fell in love instantly and seriously regret not doing this earlier. Going for my Blue Shorts on Saturday at Siam No.1 in Toronto. Your TH-cam channel is fascinating and extremely educating. You are doing the internet a great service.
Muythai has its own unique way.... I read once if you practiced karate it won't go well with Thai Boxing.... Now I can see why... In karate practitioners tend to tense a lot thinking this will give them more powerful strikes though they relax before....now i can understand how Thai boxers can withstand all that tough many rounds in a fight.....Really Thai Boxing is unique.... Thanks for posting
I’ve been experimenting with this same thing but in reverse basically: swaying but when my weight is back, firing the teep or raising for a block, so the teep just comes out of the natural rhythm instead of having extra or unnatural movement. The offensive strikes coming out like Karuhat and you are demonstrating here, that is harder for me. When I film myself, I can see there is this little millisecond where I’m “preparing” to strike, instead of it just coming out. More practice 😁🙏
awesome video. Glad I found this channel...if you'd like less shoulder movement try throwing your punches from the elbow, that helped me stop telegraphing.
Sylvie, it's so amazing for the sport that you're making this kind of documentation. Just wanted to say thank you.

ครู คฤหาสน์
His feet are not as wide/ far apart as Sylvie's, the teacher is far more single weighted in his over all footwork.
Yea,he's not telegraphing the punch...
The rocking would allow his opponent to catch his rhythm, and beat him on the 1/2step... but who am l..lol
Brett Hicks-Bey you can always vary the rhythm tho, setting a tempo then deviating from it is as devastating as not having a set tempo at all
