not sure why you don't have 10 times as many subs, advanced students can drink from the fountain of your scholarly wisdom, thanks Sylvie!!!

I’ve thought the same thing. Nobody does it like Sylvie.
She’s gotta go down in the HOF one day.
The number of fights, the videos she’s puts out, her entire life is Muay Thai it seems.
We’ll look back at these videos one day when she retires and really realize how lucky we were to have someone like her out these out and at such a big volume.
So much respect for Sylvie 🙏🏼

Yeah I'm not sure why either. I've been subscribed to her channel for years. I think the first video I watched her for was wrapping hands and then I watched her for several things here and there. I've never done Muay Thai or any other contact sports but I enjoy watching things like this and I enjoy it even more when someone has so much experience and knowledge over his sport of choice. There is no doubt in my mind that she is like you said a fountain of knowledge for the amount of years she is participating in this sport

Old comment, but it is genuinely so fantastic to have somebody who covers the actual theory of Muay Thai and all its intricacies like people do for Boxing. The theory is so interesting and no one besides her seems to actually make videos on it.

There's always the beautiful naturalness (definitely a word 😁) in the movement that is so difficult to emulate. And this guy has it in spades. Just so seamless and easy. Like you're always saying Sylvie - flow. I guess it develops from the lifetime of immersion. Thanks for sharing 🙏. 😎

I am an MMA fighter always looking to expand my striking game and the part about slipping left and right with the body to get away from knees was a lightbulb moment for me, never knew / considered it, thank you!

Hello, I just got non dissolvable stitches on my face, those have been removed two days ago,now I am worried that I should have used dissolvable sutures,
Please tell me,is there any way to remove the scar of non dissolvable stitches from my face? Or is that impossible?

Hey Sylvie another great video I have a question if you have the time to answer what is your opinion on the emergence of S&C in Muay Thai ? I’m quite torn on it personally I hear coaches and instructors talk about the importance of lifting weights which I have stuck to as supplementary to my Muay Thai training but your interview of Karuhat on his training routine made me ponder I’ve noticed it was very Muay Thai oriented with a little bodyweight element to it I reflected on the video and in comparison I don’t really practice as Muay Thai as much as I should it’s usually twice or three times per week and I wonder if I should just solely focus on Muay Thai then add in weight training when I hit a good level of technical ability interested to here your take on S&C have a nice day 😁

Are Muay Khao fighters typically shorter competitors?

Not necessarily. Dieselnoi is super tall for his weight class.

Exactly the opposite lol. Usually tall and lanky

I dont think so. The posterboy for Muay Khao fighters 'Dieselnoi' is 6'2''.
