Good work ! I have the exact same setup except I put a HLA 1500 snowpusher to my neighbours driveways. I'm loving my 1740m and Normand snowblower so far. I'm gonna hit the 100hrs with the next snowfall. Thanks for posting I'll follow you
That sounds like a good Idea. The way its set up is that I'm using the bucket to back plate the snow for now. I ordered some attachment that I will make videos on as soon as I get them. Thanks for the question
I have the exact setup just about with my 1740m and it's awesome. My answer, I can scoop/push/stack moving forward and blow snow backing up. Way better than plowing with a skid steer like I used to.
A little overkill for the yard. Live close ro an acreage? Also, invest in a battery blanket, will start like summertime. Have a 1742, nice units for sure.
I use mine on a small lot. An acre. Summer it sits a lot but winter 400 inches of snow it gets put to work! No such thing as overkill, but comfort, quick, and efficient.

I think these 1700m massey tractors are seriously under the radar. They are awesome.
Absolutely!

Super nice tractor! That snowblower didn't even seem to notice that deep snow. Looking forward to your videos!
that was pretty light and fluffy. im sure it could handle some of that sticky wet snow though.
$30k tractor for 25 foot driveway. I love your style... you are my hero !
Well the tractor definitely made short work of the driveway. Thanks for sharing.
(Six minutes of work) "Well, I think it's time for a coffee break!"
Why do u have it on the back of the Tractor and not the front???

Can you still get a new Massy, like to trade for one

Yes a bit over kill for the winter but in the spring-summer-fall I use it for harvesting and maintaining my 800acre woodlot.
