One thing I have always wondered is why doesn't companies try to upskill employees by hiring them at a lower salary if required and make them work in their company for a bond of 1-2 years. Because most of the tech related upskilling courses cost money and people can't always pay for them. I think it is a win-win situation if companies try hiring people, upskill them, and then make them work for some years.
What should the freshers do, there was no placement in colleges this year. The College has officially ended the placement for 2024 batch. There are no jobs eligible for freshers. We are getting depressed, what should we do ?

Majority of the Service based MNCs are exactly doing the same and it worked well for them so far.
But things were changing now!

I have talked about it in the end. Don't just depend on MNCs, try be in a specialist in your area of interest as well.
