Does Tidycal have a booking confirmation feature? Let's say I want to check the attendee's profile and decide whether he's relevant or not. And then accept the meeting or decline.
Two questions: 1) When someone books will they get an automated email with the zoom link, time and date? like in calindy free plan? 2) Does Tidycal send reminder emails when the booked meeting is getting closer to its date like in calindy free plan ?
Yes, when someone books through TidyCal, they will receive an automated email with the meeting details, including the time and date. If you have integrated a calendar or meeting platform like Zoom, the meeting link will also be included in the email. Regarding reminder emails, TidyCal automatically sends email notifications for new bookings, reschedules, and cancellations. By default, two email reminders are sent: one 24 hours before the meeting and another 1 hour before the meeting.
TidyCal has that. Just connect your calendar and it will add meetings to it directly. There is a "Download .ics" button right after the appointment is booked as well.
Good morning, if I purchase multiple tiers can I use each one to them on a different domain under one tidycal user account? Do I need to create a different account for each domain I am using it on?
I'm not sure what you mean by domain in this context. TidyCal doesn't have any CNAME like component. There are no sub accounts either. It's one account per email address. They aren't connected to each other.
Hi, let's say a one man show doing a services. Costumer booked one of the services available that will be 4 hours long let's say the time is 10AM - 2PM will TidyCal be able to block this time slot then the next open slot will be available 2:30PM or 3:00PM? Thank you!
Hii, so I saw that you can put the maximum hours that you can book per day, but what if I want to just set up a maximum amount of hours that ppl can book back to back and then let them continue booking, is that possible? Example: Get booked from 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am (set a restriction after 4 continuous bookings) be able to get booked again at 1pm
You can set a maximum number of bookings per day, so if you only want to do 2-3 calls a day you can set a limit. If the same person is booking you back to back, start charging them to make it worth it!
Sorry, I didn’t assume you wanted an automated follow up. I would just do this manually. For automation, you can use the zapier integration or SendFox.
much better than the appsumo videos, thanks!
Thanks. That’s a very nice compliment!
Super clear and helpful. Thanks.
Glad it was helpful! 🙏
what a great video - thanks - it's so helpful!
Thanks, glad it was helpful! 🙏
@@dave-swift And I seethed now have an option that can "Bookings require approval before being added to your calendar "
Good review, but I would have love to see a comparative review of where this fits in to a specific plan of Calendly
It is nearly identical to their $10/month plan. Not all the integrations are the same obviously and Calendly has 24/7 support.

No, I don’t think it does. That is a good feature request!
Hey it’s 5 months later but believe they do. I set up my account today.

@dave-swift amazing I'm definitely buying and using your link thanks again
Thanks Roger.
Is there an ability to make it so you can approve a client's booking?
TidyCal does not allow manual approvals for scheduling meetings.
I have yet to find an equivalent to the Calendly feature that blocks meetings off in your calendar. Does it generate an .ics file anywhere?
TidyCal has that. Just connect your calendar and it will add meetings to it directly.
There is a "Download .ics" button right after the appointment is booked as well.
Very interesting!
Appreciate the comment, @iqbalhossain4761.

Could I use this for a service and set the duration for more than 24hrs?
Yes
Good alternative!
I think so too!
Can I send a follow up email
Yes, sure.
