You can create custom forms for each link which can include check-boxes for disclaimers/opt-in permissions etc. Contracts, no (Calendly doesn't either as that's something normally only included in full CRMs like Dubsado -- I personally use Adobe Acrobat for mine) but you can work them into the process by either redirecting to a contract page after they book OR creating a workflow that includes triggering an email to send them a contract. Hope that helps!
If it want to keep your video as short as possible like you say, reveal the name in the first 2 seconds of the video. Not more than 4 minutes in. If you watch the big TH-camrs and how they all blew up, it's because they followed the strategy of giving the information to the question straight away. And then talk in more detail about the product immediately after. Hooking the watcher. You're doing it in a way that sounds condescending, gate keeping and you're losing potential would be subscribers. For example, i won't be watching your video. I skipped through and i won't be subscribing to your channel.

Also. I really like your studio set up, lighting, and editing. High quality stuff. Subbing!
@@jaredsanchez2027 thanks for the great feedback (and for subbing!) - it means a lot!
Great video thanks , very informative
Thank you this is exactly what I was looking for! I shared your name in the who sent me window!
Awesome - so happy this helped! 😁 and thanks for letting them know I sent you!
Can you edit the reminder emails? I would like to remind clients a week before the appt that they need to fill in the lifestyle/food diary.
@@Gabriel-sj9tq you sure can! You can create custom workflows based on when you want to trigger reminder emails etc.
Perfect thank you. I'm finding Calendly just doesn't cut it for this.
@@Gabriel-sj9tq no worries! Def worth at least taking it for a spin with a free trial :)
TH-cam through this on my feed. Glad I watched! Going to give this a look!
*Threw. I’m sorry I’m not trying to be a dick. I just like when people help me if I have a spelling error

Question you can add Contracts or disclaimers?
