I am going going to assume that you are referring to misting the cling wrap and then foam with water. This allows you to work with the foam and then peel it off the head form. As for foam to use I highly suggest you use the Loctite Spray Foam in the red can. Little more pricey but it's the best and the only one I use. Hope that helps you and have fun 😊

You can try the Sika Boom S type spray foam in a can. I checked on it and says it is available in South Africa. Hope that helps and let me know how it works for you ☺️
Yes. It is safe to wear. I have worn the masks for several hours during Halloween and while working at the haunted house attraction. Latex bothers my skin but the foam used doesn't bother me at all!
